Dear-james

Blurb:

James Bowden, an Air Force Colonel, seems to have it all. Everything is going as normal as it can be until he falls in love with the most unexpected person who, even James himself was not ready for. He knows that following his heart means going against the rules of convention and the grain of society as to what was considered morally acceptable or not in minds of society in general. Can he keep faithful and live up to cherishing the love that he knows, everyone will despise and incriminate him for?

This is one of such stories, of a man who dared to explore the unknown, then follow his heart into an area of the  human  condition that was considered taboo and was severely frowned upon by society, and allowed himself to venture into the forbidden

Contact Email: kokojoe48@yahoo.com

Young: What do you think are the biggest challenges for the type of writing that you do?

(P. P.): My concern is that readers get to discover the feelings and the emotions in the
characters I have created by given them life in my novels. Its very important to me
and try to reach into my characters soul.

Young: How did you get started in writing?

(P. P.): As a nine years-old-boy in my small hometown in Mexico, I used to write letters to
people who never had the opportunity to go to school, or ask the assistance of their
relatives. They also did not know how to express their thoughts, and this is when I
started using my imagination in writing my stories even as a young boy, and in a sense I
I am grateful to those people , who have indirectly helped me in developing and
nurturing my love for writing.

Young: Where and how can readers get in touch with you?

(P. P.): I will be grateful to hear from the readers their critique, advice or some compliment
I believe any feedback would a benefit to improve my work.
Contact Email: palomo.palacios9@gmail.com

Young: So with your latest work released/or being released, what comes next?
What can we expected from you in the future?

(P. P.): Future Titles:

Life After James
Betrayal And Revenge
Hidden Lives
Only Human
Confessions Of Carlos
Emilio
The Maid
The Window Of Her Soul

Young: How much of your personality and life experiences are in your writing?

(P. P.): There is a part of me in every one of my novels directly or indirectly, by nature
I am a shy person, I have tried to overcome it but I have not succeeded, at the
same time I have discovered that being shy I concentrate all my attention in other
peoples worlds, and that has helped me to go deep into my characters that I have
created.

Palomo-palacios-picture-at-100-cropped-2

Young: Do you have a set schedule for writing or do you go just with the flow?

(P. P.): I am retired now, and the clock became not as important as it was when it was ruling
every step of my life, now I am writing as my moods and inspiration allow me,
At any time of day and night.

Young: What about you in general? What makes you tick? Makes you you? Things
you like to do and what prompted you in writing?

(P. P.): When I was a young man I fell in love deeply with the popular girl in town, but
I was not reciprocated and I was hurting inside, at that time I started to write about
my sadness and suffering, then I started feeling a healing by writing about it
without sharing my inert feelings with anyone. What makes me me?There was
this humble woman in Mexico, who as a child, had lost her parents and she grew up
in the care of her very strict aunties. She was full of wisdom and lifes knowledge
and and had a natural instinct and intelligence bout many things, even without
the benefit of any scholarly education, and I was very lucky to know her, and will always
be grateful for her guidance in my life, and I am so very proud of her, and its a privilege
to be her son.

Young: Among your own books, have you a favorite Hero or Heroine?

(P. P.): DEAR JAMES is my first book, I have written nine manuscripts and in everyone
there is a Hero and a Heroine, In this one JASON is my Hero, he is his own
man, he knows what he wants in life and he has my admiration.

Young: Where do you see yourself in five years?

(P. P.): I do believe that life is a thief of time at any age, and honestly in my life I was never
sure about The Tomorrows but always been thankful and grateful for The Todays
and for me its The Present what counts.

Young: Have you ever experienced Writers Block? If so how did you work through it?

(P. P.): I am not sure if I should call it a Writers Block, When I am not completely satisfied
I immediately stop writing, and by the next day I have a much better approach into
my story.

Young: Anything else youd like to tell our readers?

(P. P.): The unknown readers will be the judges of my work and not my friends who may
be kind to me, I respect and believe any comments coming from the readers,
because in the final analysis it will improve my writing, and for this I am grateful.

Young: Lastly, do you have any words of encouragement for unpublished writers?

(P. P.): Please believe deeply and without a doubt about the work that you have created
and dont feel down because someone has rejected your work, keep in mind
that many wonderful books and unforgettable movies were turned down before they
were discovered by a more talented publisher and movie producer.
At the end the losers were the ones who do not believe in your work.

Dear-james

Author's Bio:

PALOMO PALACIOS, is one of the most humblest and endearing human beings I have had the pleasure to serve  (gorgeous then as a young man, and even more so today looking very suave and dashing, while attending one of his public functions  in bowtie and formal evening attire).  PALACIOS emigrated to The United States from Mexico at a young age. Having  grown up with very limited means and with only his dreams to back up his courage, he flew to New York with only twenty dollars in his pocket.

He took on a job in a hotel where he washed dishes, and then became a Porter.  From there he eventually graduated to the position of Doorman in a very posh residential building that opened his eyes to a world he never knew.

He also became a silent witness to the secret lives of the rich, the famous and the powerful. Years later, Palacios worked his way from becoming a hair stylist into owning and managing his own salon and ladies boutique, where he got to intimately observe human behavior, interactions and relationships at their best and most controversial.

Utilizing his gifts and his unique experiences, he authored several books that regaled interesting stories that, although were written mostly as fiction; were inspired by real  life events he witnessed as a distant observing bystander. Palacios is a natural creative who is ever spurred on by the compulsion to keep on writing about what he knows, and masterly turns his works into, if somewhat controversial and not least, extremely risque, yet impacting and heart stirring stories that were written as fiction, but were for the most part based on actual events.

The controversial characters in Palacios novels reflect the times and lives of the individuals he became closely acquainted with, when he was at the height of what had built into successful career in the hairdressing industry, catering to the needs of the many celebrities and well known personalities and those involved in the entertainment sectors  who frequented his salon during his time, as a well respected, and much sought after  professional in the industry.

The Author also has five other, but still as yet incomplete Novels which shall make for riveting reading.  We look eagerly forward to all of Palomos works as each project has been translated into English and targeted to the English reading market.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT DEAR JAMES PROJECT

The work known as Dear James was originally written in the Authors native tongue, Spanish, and  later translated  into English. Ghostwritten contributions throughout the work were provided by Emerantia Parnall-Gilbert. This work is now optioned to film with a UK Film company, working the Hollywood circuit, and the preproduction preliminary processes are already in full force as we speak.

Dear James, one of those stories which took me thoroughly by surprise, made a huge impact on me personally, and became a project I wanted to be part of and contribute to.  Dear James (as  all Palomos novels are) was loosely based on the Authors personal encounters over the labyrinth of his lifes rather amazing journey, while working in Hollywood, and Manhattan NYC, the people he befriended and became acquainted with.  We would categorize and rank this tale as controversial by all accounts; and may by some readers, be considered questionable content.  It will have its critics also.

However, the core characters (all wonderful creations brought magnificently to life by this sensitive and most talented author, in a most personable and unforgettable way, are real, endearing, heartrending, home hitting and again...unforgettable.  Especially where the diversity of gender issues, values on love and romance, loyalty and devotion comes into play, this story, once read, will remain indelibly imprinted upon the readers mind .

Palomo is currently working on the sequel Life After James, and I shall again feel very privileged to be able to contribute my share of ghostwriting services to make this work and Palomos future works and unique creations, the best they can be. For me personally, I cant wait to read Life After James, as I had wanted to find somehow, closure to Dear James, and now we will find that peace and fulfillment very soon.   The social conscious awareness issues and quests within the pages of this book, which touch succinctly and dramatically upon the more tender gender diversity issues and elements, and which run parallel in all of the Authors works, they are of significant importance to the author personally, and were forged from the heart.

Treasure Me, Alpha Four Book 1:

Excerpt

At the sound of the voice behind her, Sophie gasped and spun around, her free fist raised and ready to put up a fight, even more shocked at the sight of Rebel standing directly in her line of vision. In the heat of the moment, she wasnt sure if it was paranoia or extreme fear not that it mattered which one but one or the other amped up her adrenaline and pretty much dictated her response. Without warning, her fist connected with his brick wall of a chest.

Not one word left his lips and he stood stoic, obviously not bothered in the least by her attack. Probably because her fist bounced off like a rubber ball. His lips curved into a smirk.

Easy there, tiger.

Ignoring his smooth, rich response and thigh-tightening smirk, she stood on her tiptoes, wrapped both hands around his equally-muscled shoulders, and shook him. Never mind that she couldnt move the mountain in front of her.

You scared me to death!

With little effort, he peeled her fingers from his muscle, placed a hand to the small of her back and then led her to an annoying familiar vehicle parked at the curb; so much for avoiding a bodyguard. As if hed done it a thousand times before, he opened the passenger door and then gestured at the seat.

In.

Although still somewhat shocked by the whole ordeal, she managed to find a tiny bit of resistance. She planted her feet on the curb and raised an eyebrow.

For a few seconds, they both stood stoic, engaged in a silent battle of wills. She had no idea just how stubborn he could be, but she knew her own stamina and had no intention of giving in.

Get in the car, Sophie.

Still, she stood immobile, her eyes narrowed, determined to wait him out. For several seconds, they simply stared at each other, gazes locked, each issuing a silent dare. Sophie didnt care if her eyes caught fire, she would win this showdown. Finally, he released a hard breath.

Please.

She gave him what she intended to be a cheeky smile and entered the vehicle. He shook his head, closed the door, and then entered the drivers side several seconds later.

Are you always this difficult?

Always.

He chuckled as he drove away from the curb and into traffic. Where were you headed?

To my studio.

Normally, the tail needs that information.

She shrugged. Normally.

Good thing I was up early.

Luck.

You wish. I knew you wouldnt follow instructions.

Really? What gave you that impression?

Your father didnt tell you much about me, did he?

No.

Good thing.

    Why?

If the Senator had told you even half of what he knows about me, you wouldnt have gotten in the truck.

She swallowed hard not out of fear like she probably should have, but to keep the twenty or so questions from escaping out of sheer intrigue. Apparently this man had deep dark secrets ones she wanted very much for him to expose.

That still doesnt explain how you claim to have known I wouldnt follow instructions.

He moved his head toward the rearview mirror and then turned it to the front windshield. I was an Army Ranger, a tracker to be exact. Im trained to read people. He turned and grinned. I knew what you planned before you did.

Is that so?

He simply nodded without hesitation, confidence oozing from every pore in his body. Oddly, the arrogance didnt offend her. Instead, her mouth watered and her breasts tightened to the extent that she was sure her nipples might poke a hole in her blouse. She dabbed the corners of her mouth with her tongue. No sense letting him see her slobber all over him like a rabid dog.

Okay then, O wise one, what do you suppose Ill do next?

He released another of those knee-weakening smirks and suddenly she wanted to kiss it off his face. Press her lips against his and nibble her way all around them until she literally swallowed him whole. As strong as she knew this man to be, there was absolutely no doubt in her mind that his kisses would be hard and dominating. In an attempt at self-control, she folded her arms across her chest and attempted to appear smug.

In what she dubbed an Im-so-smooth manner, he changed lanes and then parked the vehicle next to a curb. Now youll go inside your studio and explain to your assistant Robert, if I remember correctly why Mrs. Vanderbuilts painting wasnt returned to your studio last night as planned.

She turned and glanced out the passenger window at the scripted lettering on the building there. Treasure Me. Okay so he was exactly right.

She turned and raised an eyebrow. Arent you coming along?

I was under the impression you didnt want a bodyguard.

I dont. She reached for the door handle and pulled, annoyed when the door wouldnt budge.

When she lifted her gaze to his and frowned, he snickered and then the click of the locks sounded in the silence.

Five minutes, he said.

She opened the door, stepped out and then glanced back at him. Ten, she said as she slammed the door on any further response.

Tame Me, Alpha Four Book 2:

Excerpt

Thankful to be home under lock and key, Kat braced herself on one hip against the doorway to the kitchen and fought the urge to drool. Chaos stood at the stove, his jeans settled on his perfectlysculpted hipbones and his light blue, crisp, cotton shirt draped over his lean torso, the sleeves cuffed and resting just above his elbows. Unbuttoned to the fourth button not that she was counting that lucky, lucky shirt rubbed his tanned, muscled abdomen with his every movement.

As if his body was not already stimulating enough, he was cooking.

Luckily, her clients had kept her busy all day at the spa. Otherwise she just might have locked the door and had her wicked way with the wild stallion. When they returned to her home approximately an hour ago, shed made a mad dash for the shower. Space was the best thing for them right now, but she knew that was relatively impossible. Not with an unknown maniac on the loose.

She gave a soft sigh. The man didnt have an imperfection anywhere on his body. And, although she didnt know him all that well, she had discovered he was a little softer under his armor than he would admit.

Hungry?

At the sound of his low, husky voice, she regretfully moved her gaze from his enticing body into his mysterious green eyes, and intercepted a look of what she interpreted as amusement.

Starving, she answered truthfully. What did you find to cook?

I managed to scrounge enough for an omelet and bacon.

Her mouth watered and she didnt know for sure if the cause was his body or the smell of the food.

Smells wonderful.

She pushed herself off the wall and stepped into the kitchen just as he turned away from the stove to face her. Her heart flipflopped in her chest and she grabbed the back of her kitchen chair to keep from reaching for him.

He took two steps forward and then stopped. Come here, Kat.

Why?

You know why.

No, I dont.

He stepped in front of the chair and reached to loosen her left hands hold. As soon as he freed her fingers, he urged her forward until she stood directly in front of him.

He tipped her chin with his free hand. Yes, you do.

Oh, she knew. She knew perfectly well what was about to happen. She just hoped she could draw enough oxygen across her lungs to keep from passing out.

I do, she whispered.

Milliseconds later, their lips met and her eyes fell closed. Fireworks in vivid Technicolor exploded behind her eyelids and she wallowed in the pure, wanton pleasure of kissing him. Warm, wet desire pulsed between them. Desperate to feel more of the undisputed pleasure, she groaned and leaned into him, smashing her lips harder against his.

A slight chill at her neck told her he had brushed her hair back from her shoulder and soon she felt the warm touch of his fingers, massaging the base of her neck. Pressure on her lower back followed and soon their bodies aligned.

Goosebumps raced up her arms and over her shoulders as his fingers continued to draw circles on her skin and his lips continued to play havoc on hers. And just when she thought shed die from the sheer pleasure of it all, he opened his mouth over hers. She wasted no time in opening hers as well and met his tongue with her own. Their tongues tangled in the heated moment and then as if he couldnt get enough of her, he opened his mouth wider, his lips pressing impossibly harder against hers.

A whimper left her lips, a coded plea for more of his domination. Flesh slid across flesh as their lips met in a mutually satisfying dance.

And then something outside the ring of fire that surrounded them intruded, threatening to penetrate and then spoil her ecstasy.

Lost in utter contentment, she hesitated in her assault on his lips only because of the screaming sirens in the back of her mind. Hoping she hadnt really heard them, she pressed her mouth firmly back against his. Much to her dismay, he suddenly pried their lips apart. It was then that her brain fully comprehended the sound of the security alarm.

Watch Me, Alpha Four Book 3:

Excerpt

Carley didnt have to turn around to know the minute he stood behind her; her body sensed his arrival. Her breasts tightened. Her stomach muscles fluttered. A wave of heat crossed her chest, covering her skin in a nice red blush. She turned to find a sexy smirk directed right at her. She worked hard to keep her own tongue in her mouth, grateful when he extended a hand and spoke first.

May I have this dance, Miss Kensworth?

She paused for a brief moment to listen to the music and her heartbeat quickened when she heard the slow, sexy beat. Suddenly she couldnt wait to press her body against his.

She slid her hand into his and stood while she shot her grandmother a you-were-exactly-right smirk.

Of course, she told him.

As soon as he held her in his arms and they swayed gently in time to the music, all her stress and tension seemed to melt away. Wrapped in the strength of his hold, she was content to stay there music or not.

I see Remington made an appearance tonight.

She smiled, not surprised by his knowledge. Obviously, Nanas observation was accurate. Yes, hes still working on votes for the port.

Think hes made any progress?

Hard to tell. She shrugged. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between honest interest and a polite brush-off.

Especially with this crowd, he agreed as he pulled her closer against him and then whispered against the shell of her ear. You look stunning.

For once she appreciated the stilettos that wrapped her feet. Although they werent the most practical or comfortable footwear, at least they boosted her enough to whisper into his ear.

You too.

I had a personal shopper.

She grinned. Although his suit coat accented the impressive bulge of muscles beneath and the cut of his slacks revealed the strength of his thighs and legs as he moved, she would make only one change. Shed ditch the tie and unbutton his shirt to the third maybe fourth button. She knew from experience that would increase donations ten-fold. Unfortunately, this dinner was not a fundraiser and it would only cause a female riot.

Darn

What are you thinking?

How to get you naked.

She pulled her bottom lip between her teeth to keep from laughing out loud as he stumbled in mid-step and then gently eased her back until his heated gaze met hers.

Youre a beautiful tease.

Who says Im teasing?

She tilted her head to one side and waited for his response to her totally spontaneous offer while several other couples danced around them. Intense heat built in the small space between them and she wondered how long it would take for either of them to combust.

He finally smashed her back against him and tightened his hold on her hips. Later, he mumbled.

Pity. She released an exaggerated sigh. Theres an empty closet just behind the kitchen.

His hands moved to the small of her back and his fingers began to knead the muscles beneath the bare skin there. Seconds seemed like hours while she waited for him to accept or reject her not-so-subtle offer.

Carley, he said finally in a soft, low tone. Are you serious?

A slow smile split her lips as she took a step back and captured his gaze. Absolutely.

Go. He released her abruptly. Doubletime. Ill only be a few minutes behind.

There is never a time or place for true love.

It happens accidentally,

In a heartbeat,

In a single flashing,

Throbbing moment.

Sarah Dessen

Down by the River1a

Excerpt:

As the crowd cheered accolades in Dominique's direction, my discerning eyes noticed Mais and Naira were missing. The places where the sisters sat were now vacant. Wondering where the siblings had disappeared to, I noticed the shadows of their dark abayas almost imperceptibly rounding into the dark periphery of the outer circle. As much as I wanted to mind my own business, my inquisitiveness got the better of me. On the pretext of going to the boys room, I excused myself from the company of his Royal Highness and followed at an inconspicuous distance.

The women snuck to the river embankment as I hid incognito behind several date trees. Naira left her sister to proceed alone to the water's edge. Acting as Mais's unobtrusive attendant, she vigilantly kept watch, making sure nobody came near to witness what was soon to transpire. I spied with intrigue. What happened thereafter was most unconventional if discovered; indignation would surely loom large within the Sekham household and the entirety of their Islamic community an image I dared not meticulously contemplate for the sake of these two beautiful people and their family's social standing.

Out of the bushes jumped a figure in the likeness of Tahu, the photographer's assistant. Before I could blink, Mais and her secret beau were clinging closely, steeped in passionate embrace, progressing to intimate caresses before flames of fiery passion soared high scorching their smoking garments until nakedness took precedent in the stifling heat. The lovers rocked their cooing lullabies in this chilly night, barely concealing their unhurried coitus under the brilliant moon, submerged in a drunken haze of loving existence. As suddenly as they had begun their anthropological incantation, they abruptly ceased in mid-flight; as if struck stiff into a pillar of salt, the youth released his love seed in an agonizing crescendo. Saved by the sounds of distant drumming, their ecstatic moans fell on deaf ears, which would otherwise sparked a search for the place from whence his cries originated. When his mournful groans subsided to whimpering whispers, the lovers plunged into the cooling aqua, washing away all evidences of their invincible love before sadly parting ways from whence they came. This two were my friends, yet they were fatally doomed to convene in secret especially in a country where strict religious laws abated to those that dare break them.

For reasons unfamiliar to me, I slumped to the ground where I stood, uttering a silent prayer, "Please God for the beauty of love I hope their troubles are few."

By the time I returned to my place next to The Prince, Anya was already half way through her performance. Andy and Oscar sat next to Devaj, who was obviously chosen by the Wazir as an escort to a royal envoy, was attending to the needs of his receptive messenger. Andy, noticing my return, longed to sit by my side but formal protocol demanded that he stay a distance. He could do nothing until the appropriate moment when the entertainments ceased could he again chaperone me.

Unlike Dominique, who wore a belly dancing outfit, Anya was fully clothed during her performance. I was positive that bidding for this youthful beauty had commenced in another room by the male royal entourage and the Sekham's men, away from the prying eyes of their women folk.

As the entertainment drew to a close, his Royal Highness leaned across murmuring into my ear, "Young, come to my chambers in an hour."

"Yes, your Highness, I will be there."

A friend loaned me the paperback of this second in the seven book Harem Boy series. I had earlier read some of the others, so I knew what to expect. And I was swept up in a sexy fantasy that feels so real you can nearly touch it.

Now, be warned, this is a book that includes sensuality, LGBT, and a spiritual perceptions about sex. This book is not for those children, yet it is a sexual coming of age series. Unbridled is also the sequel to Initiation.

With those caveats above, read this provocative story about a privileged boy initiated into clandestine sexual society in the Middle East. An Arabian Nights for the 21st century...

It is also a love story between the young man, his Big Brother and his Valet who served as his chaperones and mentors during the boys Harem services.

A Sunday Stroll

is a scintillating excerpt from A Harem Boy's Saga - Book III - DEBAUCHERY; a memoir by Young

Video trailer for DEBAUCHERY http://bit.ly/1NUcelM

Sunday Scroll Excerpt:

Andy suggested that the four of us take a walk around the tranquil countryside after the service. It was beautiful; we felt beckoned by the golden glow of the English autumn landscape. Sam and I walked a little ahead of our guardians while they chatted away, animated by a heated discussion. I reached to hold Samuels hand. He did not pull away. Instead he held onto mine as we had yesterday at the Dickens birthplace museum. I took my time before querying, Is something bothering you, Sam? You seemed forlorn this morning. You know we are here for you. Do you want to tell me the reason for your melancholy?

He kept silent as we continued to walk some distance. He leaned towards me and planted a kiss on my lips. Although taken aback by his unexpected gesture, I did not pull away. I returned his adoring affection while giving both BBs a cursory glance. They smiled and continued their debated dialogue. Sam finally blurted, Im sorry I was mad with you this morning.

Surprised by his apology, I was speechless. He continued, Will you forgive me?

Forgive you for what? I remarked.

It took the adolescent a while before he answered choosing his words carefully, he replied, I heard the two of you making out below my bed last night. He paused before continuing, I was jealous and felt betrayed by you and Duc. I wanted to partake in your passion, but I didnt know what to do. I wanted to pry the two of you apart, yet my desire to partake in your lovemaking left me jealous. I didnt want to be left out, and I felt like we had created a loving triangle when we were mucking around in Ducs bed. I was afraid and unsure if I should pick a fight or. . .

I wrapped my arms around the Freshman, giving him a responsive hug. This time around I gave Sam a lingering French kiss in view of our guardians. No words were required as I led the young man into a clearing in a nearby forest. Leaning my friend against the tree trunk of a large elm, we continued our adolescent sensual exploration, awakening every fiber of our beings. Sam imitated my actions as we discarded pieces of our clothing. His smell reminded me of me. For the first time in my young life, I saw myself in Sams refection and vice versa.

Andy and Duc laid a blanket on the leafy ground. They were excited as they watched our actions yet did not interfere with our youthful sensuality. They stood observing our every move, enjoying the titillation that unfolded before their eyes. I bend to engulf Sams inviting nipples with my tongue; caressing and fondling them to hardness. He moaned ecstatically as I nibbled his pink knobs. Our boyish scents drove us wild with yearning. I wanted to savor every part of his freshness and he, he couldnt wait to explore every crevices of my youthful smoothness.

Unzipping his pants, I reached to cup his engorgement, teasing its bulbous tip to rapturous leakage. . .

I loved the first two books in the Harem Boys Saga and I devoured book three just as eagerly. Debauchery is a seamless transition in the authors amazing journey, and I admit I am now addicted to this series. Correspondence in 2012 supplements the story as Young relates his experiences and feelings in 1967. He was a young boy when he flew to London to meet his beloved Valet, Andy. Theyd been apart for eight weeks, and they missed each other desperately. Once they were together again, they could not wait to give in to their passion. Their reunion captivated me. I became totally involved with the characters and emotionally invested in their story. The journey moves on to the French Riviera, and other exotic locations that are so well described, I felt like I was there. Young and Andy become part of a royal household and all the joy and sadness of their taboo lifestyle is related with honesty and in a wonderfully engaging style. Knowing the story was true only made it more compelling. There was no way I could put it down. Kudos to the author for letting us share his journey of self-discovery.

An interview with Author Stephen J Carter

Young: Hello Stephen.

Stephen J. Carter (S.J.C.): Greeting! Hi, it's my pleasure to have this virtual talk with you today!

Young: How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?

(S.J.C.): In 2007 my brother dared me to realize my dream and write a novel, so I did. I finished that 1st novel in 2009, and then did a book on writing skills (Story Crisis, Story Climax 1). I'd always been an avid reader and a student of story, in novels & film. But sales went nowhere, I had other stuff happening, so I stopped! In 2014 I came back, more focused, still hopeful, and now fully committed to being a full-time writer. I transferred my books to Amazon, and finished a 2nd novel. My attitude now is not to let marketing problems and lack of sales dissuade me from continuing my dream. I realize I may never succeed with the promotion side of things. I'll continue writing regardless.

Young: How did you come up with your stories?

(S.J.C.): I usually recall an event from my 20's or 30's and then re-frame it in a story-world, and imagine how the characters will react. I seem drawn to writing stories of escape and survival - typical adventure fiction. I put the hero in dire straits and then find a way to extricate him. I never tire of that theme, so having story ideas is usually no problem. Almost any life-situation can become a kind of trap that threatens the hero and those around him. The writer's job is to make the loss of freedom, the trap, seem plausible, overwhelming, sympathetic. The 'how' of survival in such a story then becomes fascinating and emotionally hopeful for the reader.

Young: What are the best and worst aspects of writing?

(S.J.C.): For me the best aspect is writing the scenes once I work out what a scene's goal, obstacles, and outcome will be. Having those details laid out beforehand makes the actual writing of a scene enjoyable. It's fun taking a character through a landscape, talking and joking with others, making decisions in response to problems. The worst aspect is what you have to go through to have a scene's details laid out. That process involves figuring out the overall arc of problems/decisions the hero faces, from the Act 1 originating problem, to its eventual solution in Act 3. It means making a list of 80+ scenes, and having a rough idea of each scene's details, then I can start with the writing. That planning phase is the worst and most difficult aspect of writing.

Young: What inspires you to write?

(S.J.C.): It's magical. The magic of it keeps pulling me back. It feels like waving a wand and creating a world.

Young: What would your friends say is your best quality?

(S.J.C.): My imagination and sense of humor.

Young: Are reader reviews important to you?

(S.J.C.): I recently did a virtual blog tour for my book, NEW SIQDOR. I posted a different 500-word excerpt each day at a different blog during the 2 weeks of the tour. Blog visitors seemed fascinated by the excerpts and their comments were great! Frankly, I found that as enjoyable and informative as reviews. I find I don't worry any more about how my books do, i.e. if they receive reviews. I just want to continue writing, regardless. There's no magic bullet or secret key to this process.

Young: What is your Blog / website.

(S.J.C.): http://www.stephenjcarter.com

Zi2.ID.pt2.cvr

Young: What do you do when you aren't writing?

(S.J.C.): I read news websites (I'm sort of a news addict), probably too much! I read fiction, watch TV and go to movies, drink coffee and talk with friends, work on my bike and ride around the Chiang Mai area.

Young: Tell us about your books.

(S.J.C.): I have two series: 'Zero Point Light', a SF series; and 'Z Inferno', a zombie Horror series.

My next release is this month, January 2016, INFECTION DAY (Z Inferno, Book 2)

In May I'll bring out DESCENT ON ABUWESI (Zero Point Light, Book 3).

I also have a writing skills series out, 'Crisis Climax', with 2 books so far that try to teach the structure of world-building by looking at specific movies and the problem / decision arc they employ.

Later this year I'll bring out another, 75 INCITING INCIDENTS, that looks at the opening inciting problem that launches the hero's journey in 75 recent movies. I believe film can be an excellent learning tool for writers.

Young: If you could share one thing ... etc.

(S.J.C.): One of my life-long dreams is to sail around the world. To my surprise reading and writing is at least as fulfilling as that long-held dream. Writing is a solitary act of the imagination that, strangely, gives me a strong feeling of connection with people. On the other hand writing also gives the same feelings of excitement, adventure, and connection with nature that sailing gives, although it's all imagined! Pursuing an art needs to give joy in itself, in the process of struggling with it. I suppose for me sailing and writing, nature and other people are all interwoven and make my life an adventure.

Stephen J Carter

bio

Im a Canadian living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Something about this northern city makes it a perfect place to write. I write SF and Horror because I 'escape' faster through those genres, though Historical fiction also appeals to me. I set my horror novels in Thailand probably because Thais have such a rich supernatural tradition. Ill likely continue writing and publishing ebooks here until they physically drag me away. As for my work load, ironically Im far busier now with the daily writing, revising, editing, and promoting than I was in the academic world years ago. Frankly, I wouldnt have it any other way! I've written 2 SF titles, 2 Writing skills ebooks, and 1 Horror novella.

name latest book, & what inspired it.

My last book was in the Writing Skills category, STORY CRISIS, STORY CLIMAX 2. I'm fascinated by how movie structure provides novelists a condensed structure that works extremely well in big picture planning for a novel. This can really help a writer map out the 3-Act story arc, and get a handle on the problem / decision arc the story's protagonist struggles with. I'm always looking for ways to condense & simplify the tools a novelist uses in writing a novel.

unusual writing habits?

I'm an outliner.  In my first novel I went so far as to draw up a stairway of steps (scenes) on a 5-foot long scroll of old-style printer paper. I did that partly to convince myself the project was do-able, but then I started enjoying the process of seeing the story events in one majestic arc. It didnt matter that I changed quite a lot of that plan, it felt great just seeing a blueprint for my story. Since then I've tended more to focus on planning the plot points: Act 1 Inciting Incident, Act 2 Turning Points & Midpoint, and Act 3 Crisis & Climax. Then I plan out all of each Act then write the scenes for that. Later Acts usually change as the writing progresses, so I plan those as I move into that part of the story. That keeps the story's big picture clear in my mind.

On the day I write a scene I list that scene's goal, problem, & character decision. and get clear on how the scene fits into the Act. I find this is more than enough planning to dispel self-doubt and writer's block heebie-jeebies.

books & writers that have influenced you?

Bernard Cornwell, Isaac Asimov, Bobby Adair, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Patrick O'Brian, Hugh Howey, L. T. Ryan, D. H. Lawrence, Robertson Davies.

working on now?

The book I'm finishing up now is INFECTION DAY, a zombie horror story set in Thailand, Malaysia, & Sumatra. I was struck by how AI & robotics inevitably will mimic human physiology & psychology. From there it seemed to me a zombie apocalypse would resemble a dystopian tech apocalypse. Both are an attack on what it means to be human. I wanted to explore that in this story.

best promotion site or method?

I was surprised to find Twitter works quite well at building a writer's 'brand awareness.' I used Twitter to invite followers to review my books. I was surprised how well it worked. Twitter doesn't really help sell books though. Frankly, I've had very little success to date promoting in a way that generates sales. I intend to pull back on the time & effort I devote to promotion and re-focus on writing.

Most promotion sites offer paid advertising to give a book exposure, which frankly doesn't work so well. Sorry, on promotion I have little advice to offer.

advice for new writers?

The key is finding a powerful way to connect with a segment of readers. Your job in marketing is to find an approach that is exciting for YOU. Then you'll enjoy the process and your enthusiasm will come through. Some writers love blog tours; others like email campaigns or doing multiple newsletters to subscribers; others prefer video, podcasts, ebook trailers, & a youtube subscription. It's best to choose one to focus on, then do the others in support of that.

best advice I've heard?

I got this from Sean Platt. The 'funnel' might work if you think long term. At the top the funnel is wide, and draws in the maximum number of readers. Place your books at different levels in your funnel (level A, wide top; level B, middle; level C, narrow bottom). Your readers enter at the top, drawn in because it's easy, cheap. The ideal for Level A is having a Free book(s), or priced at $0.99. Then that sends them on to a book at level B, i.e. Book 2 in a series. Or it could be a spin-off series, related in some way to an earlier series. The point here is to create something to serve as an entry-point (level A), i.e. a novella or having a short story in an anthology, which then leads the reader to a conventional novel (level B).

The retail platforms are already set up this way, so it helps if your marketing reflects that. For example, a book trailer, the cover, the description, the Look Inside feature, they're all ways of getting the reader into the funnel's vestibule.

To digress, the first Harry Potter book was short, light, easy. The next was longer, more difficult & rewarding. By the 4th it was a tome, darker, more complex in structure & language. And so on. So this isn't just commercial, a marketing gimmick, it reflects pedagogy of going from the easier & mundane to the more difficult, layered, & rewarding.

Design all your promotion so it invites readers in, easily. Having an email list, for example, is like having all your subscribers at Level A, who you then offer deals to, have contests for, etc. It's not a fan club, it's a dialogue and you all become fellow 'posse' members sharing a journey together.

what I'm reading now?

Cheryl Shireman, COOPER MOON: The Calling; Young, INITIATION (A Harem Boy's Saga); Cynthia Austin, BETWEEN DREAMS; Patrick O'Brian, BLUE AT THE MIZZEN.

what's next  for me?

In 2016 I want to radically expand my newsletter and subscription activity. I'll write a 30,000 word 'magnet' book to be given free to new subscribers. Longer term I have 4 more titles planned for the 'Zero Point Light' series, and 3 more for the 'Z Inferno' series, coming out over the next 3 years. And I'd like to start a new non-fiction series on writing; 75 INCITING INCIDENTS would be the first.

the 3 or 4 books I would take to a deserted island?

Patrick O'Brian's MASTER AND COMMANDER. Chaucer's THE CANTERBURY TALES. Henry Miller's THE ROSY CRUCIFIXION. Isaac Asimov's FOUNDATION.

Naughty Bad Boys - Yuletide preparations

Daltonbury Hall School for Boys

Naughty-Bad-Boys2_pe

1967

Yuletide preparations

Andy, Samuel, Duc and I had signed up to assist the decorating committee for our schools Yuletide Ball. Daltonbury Halls auditorium was decked out in sparkling tinsel, Christmas ornaments and Yuletide trinkets. Of course, the main feature was the freshly cut 12-foot spruce pine, which had arrived 13 days before the premiere of Peter Pan.

As I was dusting off the festive decorations, I couldnt help reminiscing about my time at the boathouse with Nikee on the night of the Christmas Ball. Tears began welling in the corners of my eyes. I missed Nikee. It had been almost two years since Id lost my virginity to my handsome big brother. Andy, sensing my pensiveness, came over to console me. Are you alright?

I glanced at my cherished Valet and broke into tears. He wrapped me in his muscular arms to soothe my nostalgia. He sighed, Young, tell me whats the matter.

I stared at my lover without uttering a single syllable. Evocative poignancies rushed to the front of my mind. All eyes turned in my direction as I burst into mournful sobs. Andy, not knowing what had caused this delirium, led me outside for a breath of fresh air. Tell me whats bothering you, young man. I cant help you if you dont tell me why youre crying, he iterated.

I dont know why Im missing Nikee all of a sudden. I love my ex-big brother, I chirped.

Hush, my pretty boy. Shush, dont cry. Im here for you, my lover knelt in front of me as I sank onto the frosty ground. He held my face and kissed me on my lips. Some of the boys in the hall saw us kiss. They cheered from behind the windows. Andy lifted me off the wet grass, brushing the snowflakes from my backside. He held my hand as we walked away from the auditorium in silence. I guided him towards the boathouse jetty where Nikee and I had sat a couple years ago. My Valet must have guessed what was going through my mind. As soon as we sat on the warm blankets he had gathered from the boathouse, he brushed the wetness off my face before planting another loving kiss in my mouth. I stirred.

Words were not required as we sat in introspective silence, watching the winters sun sink below the horizon. Our love was sufficient to warm the chill that surrounded us. My eyes never left Andys scrutinizing gaze. I reached my hand into his bomber jacket, feeling his pulsating heart. His adoration for me was as potent as it had been the first time I had invited him into my bed. I felt for him as I had for Nikee. Now, I was sitting by the same wooden pier once again with my lover, except the boy wasnt my ex-BB but my Valet, the man whose unconditional love had exceeded all my expectations.

Making love - Nikee1a

This time around, it was I who made the first move. I reached my slender hands into his muscular chest, brushing my fingers against the hairs that covered his manliness. Our proximity stirred in us a sensual urgency that needed no justification. We were in love, and love knows no boundaries. Andy reciprocated my every gesture. We, like Siamese twins, were one; we would and could not survive without the other. We fed off each others affinity as if it were blood. Our pulsating hardness gyrated in unison to the rhythmic call of the wild. Behind the fabric coverings that concealed our modesty, we were also each preposterously envisioning another: I my initial sexual relationship with Nikee and Andy his besotted Albert. Unbeknownst to me, my lover was cogitating the correct moment to deliver his bohemian proposal to me. For now, we were simply hypnotized by our intimacies. His postulation would have to wait.

Heightened by our burning passions, our fevered eroticism had seduced us to strip bare in the midst of this winter landscape. Concealed by a woolen blanket, we cajoled naked as a single entity electrified by the warmth of lubricious carnality. The chance of being discovered by passersby served only to intensify our homo concupiscence to intransigent defiance. This was our incognizant way of rebelling against conventional attitudes towards the love that dared not speak its name. After all, it was the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, when gay men would want to be seen, heard and be respected. We no longer desired to hide in the shadows of conformity. Andy and I were coming into ourselves in more ways than one. We, like many others of our genre, were demanding change; our lovemaking that winters evening was simply a means to an end.

My lovers and my accumulative orgasmic cries led us to rummage deeply into our inner conflicts, until now camouflaged by our stoic denial. Although Andy knew I was missing Nikee, he did not deduce that I was fantasizing about my ex during our heated passion. Neither did I surmise that my lover was imagining me as Albert as he pistoned his way to the point of no return. Our previous, undemanding attraction had whirled us into a complicated position. Our unconditional love would soon be put under scrutiny by none other but by ourselves.

We lay quietly in each others arms. We made no motion to leave until the night owl beckoned our return to the warmth of our respective chambers. I wanted to stay with Andy and he with me, but duty waived our impulsiveness. We parted ways reluctantly. We would be together again in less than a couple days, when we would depart for Spain to visit our other lover, Oscar, and his new beau, Alfonso.

The Back Story to the Present:

Nikee, my big-brother at Daltonbury Hall (my English boarding school) had been my guardian, mentor and my first lover. I was head over heels in-love and infatuated with him. Although he left for higher education in Vienna, Austria, I think of him often.

Nikee is now a retired cosmetic surgeon, married to a great guy, adopted two children and live in Munich, Germany with their dogs named Turtle and Rabbit. Occasionally we correspond but we had moved forward with our lives. I'm glad for the great moments we shared during our teenage years.

Andy, my beloved Andy. He is a retired engineer/bridge builder/designer living in Southern Australia. We reconnected forty five years after our separation. He are fond of each other and correspond quite regularly. Since he is contributing to the current book I'm writing: A Harem Boy's Saga - IV - Turpitude; a memoir by Young.

For a reader to understand A Harem Boy's Saga in its entirety, all is and will be revealed when the five to seven books series are published.

My last word:

I will forever cherish my harem experiences with no regrets. These four years of my young life were one of the best thus far.

A loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge.

MM1a

Excerpt:

The azure ocean loomed ahead as we sailed out of Cannes Harbor. I was invigorated to be on the Kahyyam after 8 months of absence. I reminisced about the first time I sat foot on this luxury yacht while cruising along the tranquil waters of the Mediterranean. Andy had gone below deck to fuss with the luggage and our cabin allocations, while Mary and Alfonzo were spending a quiet moment reading at the rear of the vessel. Oscar was resting in the lounge deck as I stood on the boats hull watching the foaming waves glide by. I couldnt help feeling appreciative and sad all at once.

I was wondering, how on earth did I transform so rapidly from a shy, nave and effeminate Kuala Lumpur boy to a well-travelled sophisticated young man within twenty months? I was thankful for all the wonderful people and circumstances that had manifested in my life, especially Andy, my beloved Valet, guardian and lover. I was sad because Oscar, my other lover, big brother, and mentor would be leaving me soon. Like Nikee, he would be forging a life of greener pastures and the chances of us being together would be slim and far between. I missed Oscar even before he was gone.

As I was in deep concentration, I noticed a school of dolphins swimming next to the boat. These beautiful creatures were frolicking without a care in the world, as if inconsistency was an eternity in their lives. I wanted to be like them, to live life freely and explore the vastness of the world.

I was lost in contemplation when a pair of hands reached around my waist. Taken by surprise, I turned to find my big brother standing behind me. He held onto my waist as if he didnt want to let me go. I surrendered to his loving embrace as he lowered his head on my shoulder. The warmth of his closeness coursed through my pulsating heart. I leaned against his masculinity as he inhaled my boyishness. Oscar began a slow dance, kissing the side of my neck before progressing to the tip of my earlobe. His intoxicating breath sent shivers down my spine. Time was standing still as I savored this moment of loving tenderness. Turning the side of my face towards him, he kissed my lips, savoring the sweetness. My groin stirred to his tender touch. He moved his hand towards my crotch; slowly and gently he caressed my growing length within the tightness of my fitted jeans.

I cupped my hands behind my lovers firm buttocks, pressing his hardness against my derriere as we continued our passionate kisses. He reached inside my T-shirt and brushed his nimble fingers against both of my erect nipples. Ecstatic sensuality electrified my being. I relinquished my person to his control. His gyrating motion betrayed him; he desired me there and then. Unzipping my jeans, he reached his palm inside my briefs, massaging my leaking, bibulous head before partaking of my deliciousness from his fingers to my longing oral orifice. We shared my feed between us as we kissed.

He couldnt wait to yank my jeans and briefs to my knees, exposing my nakedness to the warm, soothing breeze that was caressing against my delicate skin. I reached my hands behind and unbuttoned his pants to let them drop to his ankles. He continued rotating his pelvis against my behind while his quivering length bounced in rhythmic motion to my pinning gyrations. I needed him and he wanted me.

Relinquishing myself to this enticing sensuality, I backed myself against his protrusion. From the corner of my eyes, I noticed a figure observing us from the upper deck. It was my beloved Valet. He stood watch, making sure that I had my alone time with Oscar. I knew my lovers unconditional love would never disrupt my intimacy with this lover who would soon be leaving our midst. My guardian was allowing me the opportunity to bid my farewell to my BB. Andy was truly one of the most enlightened souls Ive ever known.

As my mentor stood guard, gazing expectantly from above, my lover knelt between my butt cheeks, kissing them adoringly before delving his tongue deep within my yearning orifice. The electrifying sensation sent tremors through my body. I desired him not to stop. I backed against his face while my hand pushed him towards my craving slit. Wetting my opening with his saliva, he bent me against the railings as he eased himself into the depth of my person. Loosening my passageway for his unbridled entry, I bared my love to my handsome big brother. He glided into my soul, slowly and easily, transporting my spirit to an ecstatic realm of blissfulness. I received him readily. He held tightly onto my slender waist, stroking and caressing my core to euphoric riotousness. At times fast and furious, at other times unhurried and ponderous, he enraptured me in our last dance with ease and grace. We moaned to the spirit songs of the frolicking dolphins that were swimming next to the boat. We were one with god as God watched approvingly from above deck. I stared into Andys beloved eyes, and his unconditional love reached out to both of us as if Zeus was blessing us with his nod. I was at once filled with love for both of them. Andy was making love to me mentally from above. Both lovers were within my mind and my soul simultaneously. I had reached nirvana; the emotional enchantments blew me over the edge. I came without any action on my part. It was as if some magical potion had been sprinkled on my physique, which I had no control over. I spilled onto Oscars hand as he strengthened his grip on my washboard stomach. My release was too tantalizing for my lover to withhold his passion much longer. His amorous love filled me with affection that only the three of us had the privilege to experience. My lover stayed in me until his passion subsided, only then did he loosen his grip around my waist. We kissed, and I gazed upon our other lover standing above deck. Andy gave me a loving smile before vanishing from view beyond the setting sun against the deep cerulean sky.

Debauchery is the triquel to A Harem Boys Saga, a provocative story about a young man who was initiated into a clandestine sexual society through his UK boarding school. From there, he was spirited to the Middle East to attend the Bahriji (Oasis) School in The United Arab Emirates in preparation for Harem services for the wealthy elite.

It is also a love story between the young man, his Big Brother, and his Valet, who served as his chaperones and mentors.

This book follows the teenagers erotic and exotic adventures and experiences at their third Arabian Household Harem, the Quwah. There, they became confidants to a prince, assistants in an international dance club venture, Carousel, and apprentices and models in a controversial photography project, Sacred Sex in Sacred Places.

This story is an account of the authors experiences. Through these truths, often demonized by contemporary societies that deem such behaviors inappropriate, the author hopes to dispel condemnation and negativity related to sexuality, love, and personal freedom.

Erotic tango1-3 books_pe

5 stars: Elegant and Erotic Tale

By mlm "Mel"

Format: Kindle Edition

To say this was a good story simply doesnt do it justice. This is the true tale of a male Courtesan. Or, as the author puts it A Harem boy. It begins with his life in Malaya as a small child. The honesty and self awareness he had is astounding. I laughed a bit when he called himself a Sissy boy. But then he reclaimed that title and I found that he was quite proud of who he was. The toss of the coin by the Gods created a delicate and beautiful soul who was wise beyond his years at least regarding his own self. His mother captivated me from the beginning. She doted on her youngest son and allowed him to be who he was. I believe it was her unconditional love that helped shape this adventurous and self-aware boy into a man who obviously, and rightly, loves himself. His relationship with his father, although forced and quite what one would expect, wasnt as bad as it could have been (Happy to read that. At times I feared the worst.). Starting by learning all about his privileged upbringing in a romantic time helped me understand who and what he came from and in turn helped me to see the rest of the story from his eyes. I wanted the same things he did and I felt his relief and desperation to leave for boarding school in the UK. From here, our delicate Sissy Boy is initiated into the clandestine society E.R.O.S.
Ill let the reader get the full story on how that happened. I will say he was brave, and perhaps a bit naive. But his childlike trust was not misplaced and he was off on an erotic, and sensual adventure to the Middle East. This is where I truly fell in love with this tale. I felt as if I was reading Arabian Nights and seeing what really happened in the Kosk of a wealthy Middle Eastern man. The world he experienced was lush and opulent as was the sex. The sexual stories are not graphic in the way one might think. You see what you must and, I think, the beloved author still has a few secrets from those times. However, from the fantastical tales he tells, his initiation was beyond the imagination of any young boy of the times. Hes whisked away to Italy, Tunisia, and Paris (among other places). At his young age, he experienced multiple lifetimes.
As I read the story, I realized this wasnt simply a naughty tale of his escapades as a teenager. It was a love story. There were so many different kinds of love experienced! From his first puppy love experience to very real and deeply felt love that the reader watches blossom, we watch him learn what love is to him. I also realized, halfway through, this was a love story about himself as well. The author has accepted all of his past and accepted himself in the process. He fell in love with himself and it was beautiful to see. A young, gay teenager who could have easily buckled under the pressure of society and his father to hate himself persevered and chose to walk in love in all that he did. That amazes me. His descriptions are lush and makes the reader yearn to be there, to feel the fabrics, to smell the smells, to taste the food and to see the expressions of love.
I will give a word of caution about this book It was a mental hurdle from the beginning to overcome my assumptions and modern judgment of sex by/with/to a minor. After getting about 200 pages in, I set it aside to think about how I was feeling. I realized a few things this wasnt an American story. I had to remove my American glasses as I read this and understand it was a tale from a different land and a different time. I also began to understand the vast difference in social and economic classes. His life of privilege allowed many of his sexual proclivities to be accepted and, as in the school in the UK, pushed to new limits. This story has made me wonder about the wealthy classes of people and what other traditions we laypeople know nothing about. Fascinating. As equally fascinating as the inner working of the Muslim homes. Oh, what I wouldnt give to be transported to such a place. If you can separate your modern, American point of view, and read this story for what it is you will love it. Much like readers of Anne Rices SLEEPING BEAUTY series, this has the same feel to it. If you enjoyed that, you will enjoy this as well. Im a straight woman who doesnt make a habit of reading homoerotic stories. To each his own, right? But this, this was so much more than just sex confessions. A unique coming of age tale that is beautiful, daring, and provocative. Bravo Young!

Making Love #ScintillatingSunday

 Sexual love is undoubtedly

One of the chief things in life,

And the union of mental

And bodily satisfaction

In the enjoyment of love

Is one of its culminating peaks.

Apart from a few weird fanatics,

The entire world knows this

And conducts its life accordingly;

Science alone is too delicate to admit it.

Making love - Nikee1a

Excerpt:

Nikee was scheduled to fly away three days after our experiences at the grotto. I wanted our last night together to be extra memorable, so we would cherish the experience for years to come. After a light meal at the school restaurant we decided to take a stroll in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, above the grotto.

Nikee began, "Young, youve grown since I first met you. I'm so glad you decided to join E.R.O.S. You made a wise choice to come to the Bahriji. It is an environment in which you already are thriving.

I said, "One of the main reasons I decided to be an E.R.O.S. member was because of you. I looked up to you, always, as my BB and you have a special place in my heart, even though you keep reminding me not to fall in love with you," I gently teased.

He looked at me and said, "You know I will never be able to return the love you have for me. As much as I love you, Young, you are my protg. Also, Im not one hundred percent gay. You know I like girls as well as guys. I want to experience different people and play the field. I'm not one to have a long-term relationship with anyone. You should realize that by now," he replied, sounding somewhat as if he were trying to convince himself.

"That doesn't mean I cannot love you, I answered, solemnly.

"I know someone who will be happy to have a loving relationship with you. You are a great guy; you deserve someone who can return your love," Nikee assured me.

"Who is this someone? I'd like to know him. Are you going to introduce us? I asked.

"Youll find out soon enough, young chap!" my BB said, amusedly.

When we returned to the dorm room, Josef, our straight roommate was ready to turn in for the night. Nikee and I really wanted some time together. We asked Josef if he would mind if I slept with Nikee that night. Since all Bahriji students were open-minded and didnt give a damn who slept with whom, Josef was fine with our request.

After showering, Nikee and I jumped into bed naked and we held each other intimately. Our embrace turned to lingering French kisses, and love making. We had always kept a nightlight by the bedside table so none of us would trip in the middle of the night. I could make out, in the dim light, that Josef was watching us. Although he was in his own bed his eyes were transfixed on our every move. For a heterosexual guy, he certainly seemed interested in our male love. I didn't mind having sex in front of Bahriji boys. I had just finished the Sensuality and Foreplay session, with other boys watching. I certainly had no problem with Josef looking on, as Nikee and I made love.

As my BB and I progressed further into our sensual and sexual foreplay, Josef uncovered himself from his duvet, showing us his erect cock. I didnt realize he was a voyeur, until I saw how much he enjoyed watching Nikee and me perform!

Earlier that night, at dinner, Nikee had mentioned he wanted some photographs of us, to better remember our time together. Now the perfect opportunity presented itself. My BB got out of bed, grabbed his camera and handed it to Josef asking him to snap away, while we were in the throes of passion.

As we resumed our play, Josef took photographs with one hand, and with his other he began masturbating. He captured some beautiful moments. I gave myself completely to Nikee that night, like the very first time we made love by Swan Lake at Daltonbury Hall. I look at the photographs to this day and reminisce about Nikee, my beloved big brother in his prime!

 5 stars: I love a true story

By Kindle Customer "Ringmaster"

Format: Kindle Edition

I love a true story, particularly when the author is articulate and conveys meaning and emotion clearly. This tale involves the author's upbringing in a secret sexual society in which he dwelled as a member of a male harem. Though some may be shocked by the explicit sexual details, I felt that the author did a nice job of counterbalancing these moments with other, less shocking bits of his story. In particular, I enjoyed his educational experiences in fashion and of becoming a young man in a land far from his home, as well as his travels abroad in surely what, to some, might have been very unfortunate circumstances but the author makes it clear that he was not forced and chose to live this extraordinary life. It is difficult for some to grasp how this tale of servitude could be a love story, and yet it is. I don't want to give too much away! But, it's lovely to see that people can overcome things that happen to them and embrace themselves fully for who and what they are. If only everyone was as buoyant and resilient as this author, whose second through seventh book in the series will surely be on my "to read" shelf.

"Round about them will serve boys of perpetual freshness."

Koran 56:17

Game of Thrones1

Excerpt:

At the appointed time, there was a knock on our door, and standing outside the Maktub was Sayid. The bubbly boy was not as shy as his uncle had made him out to be. Over dinner he asked, "My father told me the both of you are from the Bahriji School. What's it like? Oscar told me a little about the school but I am curious to know more."

Andy responded, "It's like a regular western type school for foreigners instead of Arab boys like you."

"As much as I like going to Islamic school, I would also like to experience a foreign schools educational system."

Not desiring to give too much information to the lad, my Valet answered, "You can learn foreign subjects at the Sekham with Gabrielli. He is an excellent tutor; don't you like his teaching methods?"

"Yes, I do like Gabriellis tutorials, but I've heard the Bahriji teaches more than regular subjects. I would like to learn those subjects," the boy said slyly.

Andy glanced at me conspicuously, wondering if the boy knew more than what he led us to believe. I asked, What kind of subjects are you referring to?"

The boy smiled imperceptibly before replying, "Like the things the two of you do in private. I like to learn those subjects and be excellent at 'IT." I could hear the capital letters in his voice when he said it.

"If you are good, maybe we'll educate you in some of the 'IT' techniques after dinner," replied my Valet jokingly.

"I'll be good; rest assured. I am eager to learn the methods youll teach me. Oscar and Pi taught me some valuable techniques when they were here. I'm not a first timer in the art of lovemaking."

After dinner Andy suggested we play a game of hide and seek within the Maktub.

The rules of the game:

a)    The seeker shuts his eyes without peeking and counts to 50, while the others hide.

b)    If the seeker finds the hiders within 10 minutes, the seeker will require the hiders to remove an item of clothing.

c)    If the 10 minutes are up and the seeker cannot find the hiders, the hiders get to remove an item from the seeker.

d)    The loser is the person with nothing on.

e)     The winner or winners will have the loser or losers perform a task of the winners choosing.

I was left wearing my birthday suit within the next 40 minutes, with Sayid coming in second, in his briefs. Andy had won.

Sitting by the edge of the dip pool with his legs dangling in the water Andy demanded his reward, "Young, get in the pool and put your face between my crotch and inhale deeply."

Defying my Valet's orders I playfully refused his demands and started running away naked, screaming and giggling around the suite until caught by my lover and Sayid. They tickled me unrelentingly, sending me into fits of giggles and laughter as I struggled to free myself from their forceful clutches. Kicking and screaming, Andy carried and threw me into the dip pool before plunging in. Continuing their playful torture, we elapsed into uncontrollable laughter and were sexually aroused by this childs play. Andy pinned me to the side of the pool and began grinding his crotch against my backside, while holding my hands spread eagle against the tiles. My lover, excited by my mock chastity, rubbed his hardness against my wiggling bottom, simulating thrusting motions. His erection was straining for release from his soaked underwear.

Sayid, excited by this domineering foreplay, leaned forward, planting his sensual lips on mine, prying my mouth open with his probing tongue, stirring my sexual desires to surrender to his urgent kisses. As he held onto my slender waist, I felt my lover's throbbing manhood, grinding against my buttocks under the splashing aqua. Sayid lifted himself off the pool, sat astride and cradled my head between his spread legs. Before I had time to inhale, the boys throbbing hardness was jamming down my throat. I expertly suckled and lapped at his length, enjoying the rough treatment forced upon me by both Masters. Lifting his boyish bottom off the pool's edge, the Arab pushed my head onto his pulsating length, feeding its hardness into my mouth, claiming his winners prize in our Game of Thrones. My lover, aroused by my submissiveness, was pounding my buttocks with abandon. Choking and gulping for air I savored the wild deliriousness, fed from the front while surrendering my rear to my demanding lover. I had gone to Allah's paradise, not desiring to return anytime soon.

That evening at the pool we took turns playing our nimble Game of Thrones, changing partners and positions until the wee hours passed midnight. We cuddled in comfort and contentment in each other's embrace, on the King, before peaceful slumber fell upon us. The beauty of young love.

Unbridled is the sequel to Initiation - A provocative story about a young man who was initiated into a clandestine sexual society. He was spirited to the Middle East, from his UK boarding school. He attended the Bahriji School (Oasis,) in The United Arab Emirates in preparation for serving in Harems for the wealthy and elite.

It is also a love story between the young man, his Big Brother and his Valet who served as his chaperones and mentors during the boys Harem services.

This book follows the teenagers erotic and exotic adventures and experiences at their 2nd Arab Household Harem, the Sekham. They were apprentices and models, for the household patriarchs controversial photography project, Sacred Sex in Sacred Places.

The author's experiences present facts that are truthful. Through these truths, which are often demonized by contemporary societies that deem such behaviors inappropriate, the author hopes to dispel condemnations and negativity which relate to his experiences.

A Harem Boys Saga is a series of seven volumes.

The story of Youngs life journey really captivated me. Hes led an amazing life, rich in culture, love and experience.
I was so desperate to see if he reconnected with his valet Andy after all these years, that I kept sneaking off to read the book when I should have been working (Im terrible I know).

Despite the subject matter there is also an innocence and naivety to this book, and I think this comes from Young himself, and not just the way he writes. Its there in the way he tells you about some of the bad things that have happened (although thankfully, there were very few). But it appears most of all in the way he talks about love, especially with Andy. Even though there were multiple people involved in his experiences, I feel that the love he had with his valet was pure.

It really has opened my eyes to the different goings on in the world and of how the other half live. I thought it may have shocked me, or turned me off. Instead I found my emotions riding a pleasant even keel throughout, as Young expertly takes you from past to present with ease.

I didnt read book one, but Im going to read that next, along with book three, as I have to see how things progress with the people that Young made contact with.
A captivating read.
