On tonight’s episode of The Vampire Diaries, the gang crowns the next Miss Mystic Falls. “This episode is a party at the Lockwood mansion, where Stefan has concocted this kind of nutty plan that involves Jeremy and a number of people, and Damon truly disagrees with it,” said Ian Somerhalder, when we caught up with him on the Atlanta set recently. Though Somerhalder wouldn’t say whether Damon and Elena (Nina Dobrev) get to sneak in a dance amidst the madness — as they did during last year’s pageant — he did say that both characters will recognize what took place between them before.
