It was lovely as always to be on air with Julian Clegg on his very
popular Breakfast Show on Monday 6 July and Julian had a surprise in
store for me.  He had taken my Art Marvik crime novel SILENT RUNNING on
holiday with him to Spain and his wife had taken a photograph of him
reading it!  He said he was really enjoying it which was very kind of
him and lovely of him to say so on air!

BBC Radio Solent beckons - Julian Clegg Breakfast Show

An early start on Monday 6 July to head for the BBC South studios
in Southampton for my interview on BBC Radio Solent with the lovely
Julian Clegg on his very popular breakfast show.



It's always great to talk to Julian Clegg.  I'll be on air at 7.25a.m. and we'll no doubt be talking about the publication of Silent Running, featuring former marine commando, Special Boat Services Officer, Art Marvik and my forthcoming new DI Andy Horton novel, Fatal Catch.

Hot stuff for the gentlemen of New Forest Probus on the hottest day of 2015

Talking
about crime in a heatwave might bring the temperature down  if it's a
chilling tale but it was still hot stuff in The Bell Inn, Brook, in the
New Forest on 1 July when I gave a talk to the lovely gentlemen of New
Forest North Probus on the hottest day of 2015 (so far) and the hottest
July day in the UK ever!

What's on in July 2015

July
kicks off in a heatwave and the first of three appearances for me. 
It's also publication day in the USA for the red hot new crime novel, SILENT RUNNING, the first in a brand new series featuring former marine
commando, Art Marvik. Silent Running is also published as an ebook on

Pauline Rowson entertains a packed audience at Totton South U3A

Almost
a hundred people packed Colbury Memorial Hall  on the edge of
the New Forest, Hampshire on a very hot summer's day in June to listen to
me talking about how I research,
plot and write my crime novels. I talked about the DI Andy Horton series set
in the Solent area on the South Coast of England. The DI Andy Horton crime novels have recently
been optioned for TV by one of the UK's top television production
companies, Lime Pictures, who are seeking to bring the flawed and
rugged, sailing  detective, Andy Horton to the TV screens.



I also spoke about my new hero, former marine
commando, Art Marvik, in Silent Running, and my stand alone thrillers, In Cold Daylight and In For The Kill.
