Running from the pack – available NOW!
Released: 2/10/12
ISBN: 978-1-936950-67-6
It's never easy staying ahead of the pack, but for Penny, it might just save her life…
Since ditching her pack after an offer she "couldn't" refuse from her tyrannical pack alpha, Penny's been on the run. Always on the move, she never stays in one place for long, avoiding other werewolves like the plague. As the full moon approaches, this one brings with it her toughest challenge yet—her heat phase. And so, rather than letting her animal instincts rule, to force her to bed the first man she comes across, Penny hatches a plan that involves a basement and chains, but sadly, the non-kinky kind.
But lone wolf Cade Steele has other ideas. He's watched Penny from afar since she was turned, and now that he's found her, he's determined not to let the little she-wolf face her heat on her own. Cade is wolf enough to match her animal instinct, and alpha enough to claim her. As his mate, her body may become part of his territory, but her heart would be an altogether different matter.
When Penny's past finally catches up with her, her ex-alpha isn't taking no for an answer this time. The question is, with their lives on the line, can Penny and Cade answer the call of the wild?
Note: This title has been previously released with another publisher under the title Moon Madness.

Talking, talking, talking unhappy princes…
I thought I'd switch up a little today. I'm happily between cover art and the writing cave at the moment. I'm currently working on a couple of Sci-fi romances in the world of Prince's Courtesan.
The first is called Harem Mistress and picks up with Colonel Jareth Nikolai and the Prince's Harem Mistress, Keliana. Just to whet your appetite, here's a little snippet from the scene I'm working on at the moment. (Warning: This is the story in it's wild format. No editor has been near it!)
Minutes later Jareth nodded to the guards, thankfully in the black on black uniform of Section Seven rather than the pomp and useless gilt of the palace guard, and walked directly into Prince Sethan's chambers. High-ceilinged with floor to ceiling windows draped in light gauzes and sumptuous furnishings in cream and gold, they looked every inch the rooms of a ruling prince.
A young woman reclined on a low couch in front of one such window, dangling a string for a small kitten to play with. The Imperial Princess Jaida, Sethan's wife of less than a few months, was a lovely woman. Slender and graceful, she was as kind and loving as she was beautiful.
She also had a mean streak a mile wide, and more than enough life experience after spending five years on the run to kick any man's ass, her husband included. In fact, she had kicked Seth's ass when Jareth had run them both through close protection and self defence training. A memory Jareth was incredibly fond of and reminded the prince of on a regular basis.
She looked up and a broad smile spread over her face. "Jareth! I didn't think you were back yet. Honey," she called out through the open doorway on the other side of the room. "Get some clothes on, Jareth's here."
She looked back at Jareth, her eyes twinkling with amusement and held up the scrap of fur on her lap. The kitten responded by fixing Jareth with a glare, hissing as it swiped at the air with tiny claws.
"He said something Mr.Tygar didn't agree with. So Mr.T expressed his displeasure in a very fundamental way."
"Huh?" Jareth was used to women not making sense, and had long since given up even trying to work out what Jaida meant half the time.
"It pissed on me." Sethan groused, emerging in the doorway naked to the waist with a shirt in his hand. "Imperial Prince of lady knows how many planets and systems…and I got pissed on."
Jareth shrugged. "Life's a bitch."
The prince grinned as he shrugged his shirt on. "Yeah, and then you marr…"
"Sethan Kai Renza, you finish that sentence and you'll be sleeping on the couch tonight!"

My Inspiration, let me show you 'dem…
So, to celebrate signing a contract for my little M/F paranormal fantasy erotic novella - Owned by the Elf - I thought I'd introduce you to my hero's a[image error]nd the inspirations behind them.
First up we have Bane, afore-mentioned elf. In the imagined world of Owned, faeries and elves do not get on...like seriously hate-each-others guts type of don't get on. They're on opposite sides of a war that's been raging for centuries that no one can really remember starting, but that most aren't really interested in finishing. The elven army is comprised of big, bad warriors more than eager to spill faery blood and they don't come any more lethal than Bane.
Known as the 'Destroyer', the 'Terrible' and other, less charming epithets (well out of his range of hearing of course) Bane is the elf-king's bulldog and commands Braic's armies, although he's not adverse to a little reconnaissance himself when the mood takes him.
Of course, being shaven-headed and with a build like a rugby player, the natural choice of inspiration for Bane was Mr.Diesel himself.
[image error]Moving on, we have Briac the Bloody-Thirsty, King of the Elves.
Also referred to as Briac the bloody-annoying, the elf-king is and always has been a thorn in Bane's side. Silver of eye and tongue, Briac has made it a mission to steal any woman Bane show's an interest in, turn up at the most inopportune of moments and generally piss Bane off.
Older, and more experienced in combat, the only reason Bane hasn't killed Briac yet is due to a promise he made to his father not to kill the little runt until he'd fathered an heir. Perhaps wise to this, Briac shows no inclination to settle down and beget said heir.
Briac's story takes place after the events of Owned and his inspiration is Jason Behr.[image error]
Last, but by no means least, we have Gnalt. Master of the King's Troll Bodyguard, Gnalt is the biggest bad amongst them.
A half-breed he has had to fight for everything he's ever had in his life, from mere survival as an infant right through to working his way up to his current position. Mostly he glowers and people go running. Seen as a sub-being by most elves, Gnalt is used to being looked down on (even when most have to look up to meet his eyes) and metes out justice with his fists. His story is the last of the trio.
The inspiration for Gnalt is Jason Momoa, hair and all, as Conan and includes his habit of referring to the heroine as 'woman'. A fact which doesn't go down too well with his lady, a dragon with no problems singeing a man to get him to behave.
So, those are my guys and the inspirations behind them. Tell me, what sort of heroes do you go for? Looks or personality-wise?
