Right then! No more social media until GHOST IN THE VISION is finished.
I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a disappointing year in many ways. But! I said I was going to get back to Caina before the end of 2020, and if all goes well, that’s only a few days away now,

the value of iteration
I occasionally talk about the value of iterations, of improving a little with every attempt, and I thought I would share a concrete example.
GHOST ARIA was the first short story I wrote to give away for free to my newsletter, and I’ve redesigned the cover six times. There’s not much difference between, say, the 2012 version and the 2014 version, but there is a big difference between the 2012 version and the 2020 version. A little progress definitely adds up over the long term!

GHOST IN THE VISION rough draft finished!
I am pleased to report that the rough draft of GHOST IN THE VISION is finished at 103,000 words!
Next up is GHOST SHADOW, a short story that I’ll give away for free to my newsletter subscribers once GHOST IN THE VISION comes out. So this makes it an excellent time to subscribe to my newsletter.
