Blue Fire

ZAM_BlueFire_coverlgBlue Fire is now available for Amazon Kindle HERE.

Blue Fire is another sensational treat by a truly captivating artist.  The story leaps from the pages like a spark from a fire.  There is a magical quality to the love story that makes it even more fascinating to read.  Z.A.  Maxfield has been creating truly beautiful love stories and Blue Fire is no different.  This is an author to watch out for.  I am definitely looking forward to whatever Z.A. has in store for us next.

Terrific Review For Notturno

NotturnoroughI love a tough but fair reviewer who takes on a book that maybe doesn't float their boat all the way to paradise and still gives it honest praise if it deserves it and remains kind when it's not their cup of tea. I got a terrific and thoughtful review of Notturno by Val Kovalin, at Obsidian bookshelf. I can honestly relate to understanding what a book might be worth to a different reader, based on quality of writing and subject matter, and still not love the subject matter of that book...

Blue Fire

I got a terrific review for my novella Blue Fire from Joyfully Reviewed in which the reviewer Shayna said this:

Blue Fire is, quite simply, a gorgeous book.  I smiled, I sighed, my heart broke and was put back together all in one sitting.  One read has not been enough; I keep returning to Blue Fire over and over again to enjoy Jared and Adam's story.  Ms. Maxfield is an amazingly gifted writer whose work is as enticing as the characters she creates.  I Joyfully, enthusiastically, Recommend...

Finally, ePistols is officially GAY.

ePistols_prWhich is something I'm a little conflicted about. I don't believe that there should actually be a "gay ghetto" in the romance department of your bookstore. In fact, my entire reason for writing romance with same sex couples has to do with the basic principle that people love who they love. And that's cool.

There's no reason to suggest that my books shouldn't be snuggled right up against all the rest of those romance novel bad boys to stand and fall on their own merits. But say you go internet ...

Physical Therapy

ZM_PhysicalTherapy_coversmI just noticed for the first time that Physical Therapy, the second in my St. Nacho's series has been added as a Kindle book at Amazon. Tina at Two Lips Reviews just gave me a terrific review, saying:

Z. A. Maxfield has created wonderful characters populating a good tale. I look forward to reading more of her and discovering her characters.

(You can read the rest of her review HERE)

And Bobby at the BookWenches had a lot of really nice things to say Here, including this really nice summary:
