Are you stressed?

If you’re like most people on our busy planet, you’re juggling many plates in the air. You may have children to raise. Aging parents to tend to. School. Work. Second jobs. Not to mention spouses, friends, and bosses who are all vying for your attention. Add in life-altering events like illness, moving, divorce, financial hardshipsor loss of a loved one, and no one would blame you for wanting to crawl back into bed and throw the covers over your head.

It’s easy to become tired, run-down, and fatigued. The fact is, we are a stressed-out world—barely able to handle all the demands we are facing. Now, it would be easy to say we’re mentally exhausted. But the truth is, our minds don’t make us as tired as we think they do. It’s our emotional stress that is actually causing our exhaustion.

In other words, we are tired not from what happens to us, but how we react to what happens to us. We are tired from our fear, anxiety, worry, perfectionism, ego, etc. We are tired from holding on so tight with our minds. Fortunately, there is a way out — a path to peace. As Wayne Dyer once said, “you can’t always control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside.” My friends, we can learn to control our emotions so that we may live a relaxed and stress-free life. It is possible. I know this for a fact. I will show you how in this month’s Q&A:

We were born to live a stress-free life. To be relaxed and at ease with all that life brings. The problem is, we have forgotten how to relax—to come from that state of Divinity where all is perfect as it is.

In this month’s Q&A, I will show you the techniques that will allow you to remember who you are so that you can take control of your emotions. As the great writer, Hermann Hesse once wrote, “Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.” It is in this sanctuary where we will find that stress-free life. We simply need to slow down, do less, let go of the mind, live in the moment, and know deep in our hearts that we hold the power (and the responsibility) to bring ourselves back to that stillness where there is no stress. Just love. And peace.

It’s time for you to come home. Join me, and we will go together.

With love,

New year, new habits

We are just a few hours away from starting a new decade.

What were you thinking about 10 years ago? What did you do differently this past decade to be the best version of yourself?

What are you thinking about this new year and new decade?

Don’t judge yourself by what you didn’t do or would have liked to do differently. This is a great time to let go of the past and start a lightest year.

You know I don’t promote New Year’s resolutions. I assure you, God has better ideas and plans for you.

Most of the time people make them but they don’t follow them or fulfill them and they end up feeling bad or punishing themselves for that.

Instead of thinking about New Year’s resolutions, ask yourself: What will I do differently this coming year?

Studies show that changing habits, no matter how small, allows us to get out of the routine and become an engine for innovation.

I just read that mental habits are associated with the breathing pattern. That if you change the breathing pattern, the mind will change instantly.

Try this: When you want to absorb something, start inhaling; when you want to get rid of something, start exhaling. Release with a deep exhalation every time you realize something you’re doing or thinking won’t help you be happy and at peace.

Remember: Happiness is not the harvest we collect when our dreams come true, it is more like a fertilizer that is needed to make those dreams manifest.

What bad habits do you want to leave in 2019? What new habits can help you bring more peace, happiness, and abundance to your life in this New Year, in this new decade?

You can do it. Breathe, relax and let go.

In this new decade, choose to be happy.

With love,
