Fun Drink Friday - Frozen Raspberry Wonder

Raspberry Wonder
I love a frozen drink, especially on a hot summer day!!And it only has 3 ingredients!!

INGREDIENTS4 fl oz Absolut Raspberry Vodka2 fl oz Raspberry liqueur2 Ice Cream Scoops Raspberry Sorbet

INSTRUCTIONSIn a blender with ice add all ingredients. Blend till frozen adding more ice or lemon juice as needed. Pour into glass and garnish with lime twist. Makes 2 cocktails.

Fun story with a good twist at the end. Zack is a hot undercover detective working on a case involving Sydney. As things heat up in their love affair, so do the circumstances that brought them together. A power struggle between sisters nearly cost Sydney her life. Zack saved the day and mended the hurt his case created. Looking forward to reading more.

BLUE LOVE SANGRIA
1 bottle White Wine
4 oz. (120ml) Lemon Lime Soda
3 oz. (90ml) Blue Curaçao
Orange Slices
Lime Slices
Starfruit SlicesPREPARATION
1. Place orange, lime, and starfruit slices in the base of a pitcher.
2. Add white wine, lemon lime soda and blue curaçao. Stir well to mix.

SPEARMINT VODKA COOLER
83 calories, 10 grams sugar
Ingredients:

6 spoonfuls Spearmint Tea

2 1/2 c. water

1/2 c. vodka1/4 c. lime juice

1/4 c. agave nectarDirections:

Pour boiling water over tea and infuse 4-7 minutes. Strain tea and pour into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir in vodka, lime juice, and agave nectar. Garnish glasses with mint sprigs and lime wedges.Makes 6 servings.

Mermaid Lemonade
INGREDIENTS2 c. ice1/4 c. Blue Curacao1 c. white rum2 c. lemonade4 Lemon Slices, for garnish8 Maraschino cherries, for garnish4 paper umbrellas

DIRECTIONSTo four glasses, add ice. Add blue curacao, rum, and lemonade to each glass. Stir to combine. (If you prefer a lot of ice, stir together mixture first, then pour over ice.)Skewer a lemon slice and two maraschino cherries on each paper umbrella and garnish lemonade.Makes 4 Servings

4 1/2 oz. (135ml) Champagne
PREPARATION
1. Add absinthe to a champagne flute.
2. Top with champagne.
