Author Expo = BIG hit!!!!

The Central Florida Book and Author Expo yesterday was a BIG hit!!!!
Authors were so busy yesterday speaking with folks who came through, we really didn't get a chance to catch up with friends we met last year. 
My bookmarks with the mini handcuffs, swag for Zack's release were such an awesome conversation starter!!
OMG, soooooo much FUN!!!!

Fun Drink Friday - Slow-Cooker Mulled Wine

INGREDIENTS1 bottle red wine1 c. apple cider1 c. cranberry juice1/3 c. sugar1 c. fresh cranberries2 oranges, peels and juice2 whole cinnamon sticks1 tbsp. whole cloves1 tbsp. star anise

DIRECTIONSCombine wine, cider, cranberry juice, sugar, cranberries, the peel from 1 orange, the juice of 1 orange, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise in a slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook on high until warm, about 30 minutes.Serve warm and garnish each glass with a piece of orange peel.
