Fun Drink Friday - Peach Fizz with Pinnacle Vodka

Pinnacle Peach Fizz
1 Part Pinnacle Peach Vodka
2 Parts Lemon Lime Soda
Mix in a glass filled with ice, garnish with a peach wedge.

Ingredients
1 pint sorbet
Mellon baller
3/4 cup favored liqueur
Directions
Place small scoops of sorbet, using a melon baller, into shot glasses (only 1 flavor per
glass). Top sorbet with about 1 tablespoon of matching flavored liqueur.

No Bake Summer Dessert w/Raspberries

TOTAL TIME: 0:25PREP: 0:25LEVEL: EASYYIELD: 8 JARSINGREDIENTSCheesecake Batter1½ package cream cheese3 tbsp. granulated sugar1 c. heavy cream1 tbsp. fresh lemon juiceOther Ingredients8 graham crackers12 oz. fresh raspberries½ c. raspberry jam8 glass jarsDIRECTIONSUsing an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the heavy cream. Increase the speed to high and beat until thick and stiff, about 2 minutes. Beat in the lemon juice.Spoon graham cracker crumbs into the jars. Top with cheesecake batter, raspberries, and jam, alternating red layers with cheesecake batter. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.Compliments of and all right to: Woman's Day

Fun Drink Friday - Sophie Dahl's Iced Tea

Sophie Dahl's Iced Tea
8 and 1/4 cups boiling water6 Earl Grey tea bags1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers (or 6 lavender Earl Grey tea bags)1/4 cup sugarLavender or mint sprigs, for garnish
In a very large heatproof measuring cup, combine 8 cups boiling water with the tea bags and dried lavender flowers; let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and let cool. In a heatproof bowl, combine the sugar with the remaining 1/4 cup boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the sugar syrup to the tea and let cool. Serve the tea in tall ice-filled glasses, garnished with lavender or mint sprigs.
