Its twist pertained to the challenge we all face of getting around to something we want to or need to do. Someday I'll do it. Well, as I wrote, the premise started brilliantly and the nuts and bolts of motivation were exceptional. The setting however, needed something special. I added a story to spice it up. That story was fun. So I added to the story. Then the story became interesting, more interesting than the nuts and bolts of motivation. Then after I came up for air, the motivation book was so cluttered with business junk and the story so interesting, I dumped the business stuff, re-crafted the story, and Someday Isle became a dormant volcano. The Blade of Safavid became an interesting and delightful historical fiction novel. Someday I'll finish the book about motivation, after all it was brilliant too.(less)
