During his intensive apprenticeship training, Steve participated as “Fireman” or Keeper of the Fire for the Lakota inipi (sweat lodge) and vision quests, which ignited his passion for shamanic traditions.

Steve’s energy medicine practice weaves together indigenous wisdom, intuitive insights, and scientific interest, combining ancient techniques with contemporary technology for an immersive healing experience. He established the Journey Circle and Earth Medicine Chakra Workshops at the Academy of Holistic Arts (Little Rock) in 2015 and later introduced the innovative Shamanic Consciousness Integration (SCI) in 2020. This neo-shamanic holistic energy treatment blends chakra-biofield healing with the ancient ritual of Soul Retrieval, restoring dissociated consciousness, resolving past trauma, and bringing energetic rejuvenation and wholeness.

All of his diverse experiences, including certifications in hypnotherapy, personal training, and past-life regression, along with two near-death events, have provided him with a unique understanding of the Mind-Body-Spirit connection and the walk of a Shaman.

As an author, Steve’s works like SIMPATICO and its Essential Supplement, and The Major Arcana resonate with seekers worldwide, while his venture into spiritual fiction with Celestial Currents has introduced readers to a new realm.
