I finally reached my big goal of getting all the books I've written on Amazon for the Kindle. Woot! This week I'm working on getting the book in print and ordered the print physical copy to proof it, before publishing it. The next book I plan to write is the second book in my fiction Storm Tossed trilogy series called "Afflicted." Rachel and her husband Jackson will be on a mission trip in Africa, when they are kidnapped by a terrorist group. (less)

Writing enables me to dream big, to use my gifts for God's glory, and to encourage and help others. I love the freedom of being my own boss, able to set my schedule and hours. I can't imagine not writing; I've been doing it my whole life. It makes me happy and fulfills me. (less)

Beth Jones I'm working on my first fiction book, "Storm Tossed." My husband Ray loves to read fiction books and he's been encouraging me for awhile to try my hand at fiction. It's about a Christian woman, Rachel, who travels to the ocean in Destin, Florida, to think about her life: her troubled marriage to Jackson, their unhappy daughter Faith, Rachel's strained relationship with her stepdaughter Autumn, and Rachel's chaotic writing career. While there, Hurricane Ana hits. Rachel seeks peace from God from the storm, outside and within herself. Working hard to have this finished by July 2015. Find out more details by signing up on my personal mailing list at BethJones.net.

Beth Jones I am so impressed with Goodreads! They are fast! They fixed the problem right away that I emailed them about last night... where books of *other* Speakers/Authors named Beth Jones were shown under my author page as mine. Thanks so much, Lauren! You're awesome!

Beth Jones There are other Speaker/Author Beth Jones at Goodreads. Some of the books they have listed on my author page are not my books. I've emailed Goodreads and am trying to get this quickly resolved. Thank you for your patience.
