I love being a LEO Lady (7th Aug)

I am always proud of being a Leo Lady,
I can never pretend to please anybody.
I am so calm yet a fiercely loyal friend.
I have fewer pals, as I am one of a kind.
I can love all, even while being ignored.
I am poised and not too easily angered.
I often put myself in another's shoes,
I listen intuitively even when its all lies.
You will know me more by my silence,
If you never understood my utterance.
I respect loyalty, I can't stand fakeness.
I hate negativity, I will guard my senses.
I still am compassionate in my thoughts,
For every blessing, I owe gratitude to lots.
After I learned the hard way my lessons,
I can't ever be the same person I was once.
I will chase tirelessly, until I save a bond,
Once lost, I quietly let go and look beyond.

Everyday is a Friendship Day!

Good friendships can certainly
keep anyone happy and healthy.
It’s the quality that really matters,
not the number of friends one gathers.
Emotions reciprocated in the same manner,
will help all our friendships to last forever.

The new age friendships...

The new age friendships... we have actually messed it all up with social media. Everyone thinks they know everything about each other, seeing the posts shared through Facebook or Instagram...so there is literally nothing much anyone asks of or shares when they meet each other. The first few days after joining any new WhatsApp group is like a dream come true. All are so excited to get everyone together in one virtual place. Initially, everyone starts to chat and nobody listens. Every member discusses everything from the time one left school, college or the workplace within a week or two. After some days, few keep chatting and a few keep listening. After some more days, one or two alone continue chatting and the rest continue listening, after that everyone listens and there is nobody to chat. Later, once in a while we wish someone or the other on their birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Then some more days and years pass by, some keep forwarding everything they receive to the group, just to make-believe that the group is active. After being stuck long in a cold, silent and inactive group, a time comes when you wonder though everyone are your one time close friends what you are experiencing is not friendship and you plan ways and means to exit just the group. After much waiting, one fine day you finally exit the group, and all your friends who were until then too busy to even reply to your posts and messages suddenly find time to call, message and enquire about your reasons for exiting the friend group. They even wrongly assume things. They try to add you back to the group, as being just a group member is the epitome of friendship nowadays. You suffocate with this new idea of friendship; you get restless and you exit again at the next quickest opportunity and from then on your life takes a new turn… your life becomes much peaceful and happier than ever before! This isn’t what genuine friendships once used to be… one never needed to seek its presence in one’s life… sadly, we have lost it all with this new age technology.

Every friend in need is ‘at your fingertips’ but not the same friendship indeed. But, thanks to a handful of friendships that have withstood all these challenges and still continue to give their true essence in just the way they used to be from the beginning. Those are the few genuine friendships that I always hold close and would never ever give up on. 😍💖🌹✨

Together let's overcome this pandemic

We are now just left with, all the good old
memories of the times, we used to spend
our daily routine lives peacefully enjoying,
totally unbothered, and yet complaining.
The pandemic has totally shaken our lives,
socially distanced us, so everyone survives,
changed the whole way we look at things,
refined our approach to our fellow beings.
This remains our new normal since Covid,
until the time, we all get wholly vaccinated.
Let's help break the chain of transmission,
protecting us and others from its infection.

Happy Guru Purnima Day

My Guru always leads me
from my darkness to Light.
My Guru always removes my ignorance

Life is beautiful...every pain makes it worthwhile 💖✨

People who suffer after a breakup in love and
live a life in pain thinking about the person who
has chosen to leave them, will one day realise that
true love will always make every person rise in life
and not crush one's soul. But to appreciate such a
life...one must first go through that pain...and get
over it sooner than waste one's entire precious life
and time on something they have no control.

Over the years, social media has proved itself to be a boon and a bane for all the users across the globe. Though social media has reshaped the way of communication for everyone, I am more fascinated by the way it has redefined how each one of us express and communicate with each other. I have listed a few observations of mine, you can add yours too.

Interesting reading habits of a social media user:
1. Reads with silent contemplation,
2. Reads and responds appropriately,
3. Reads and reacts furiously,
4. Reads and stays detached,
5. Reads nothing, just keeps scrolling!

Will you dare to let go....

Will you dare to let go of someone who gave up on you? Can you spare a little love and care and never give up on yourself?

Whoever it is who is belittling you, whatever you feel for that person, be it unrequited love, hate or anger there is only one best thing you can always do...LET GO. Every day, so many precious lives get crushed and lost with no purpose just because they held on to a place or a situation which never let them grow or become the person, they were meant to be. Let everyone live their lives the way they wish and dream. My understanding of love, hate or anger has always been to MOVE ON gracefully from anything that is not serving me or making me a better person. Trust me, it's life changing. Once you move on, what you find ahead will sweep you off your feet and will challenge every limiting belief you had (rather, what others had sown) in your life! Just believe in yourself...there's always light at the end of the tunnel.

When you glance back...

When you glance back at your life at some point,
you will realize that all those times you thought
you were being rejected from something good,
you were in fact being redirected for the better.
You can’t always control everything in your life.
Sometimes you just need to relax and have the
faith that everything will work out for the best.
Sometimes bitter truths that you can't change,
will end up changing you, helping you to grow.
Then you will realize you haven't lost anything,
instead you have earned a fortune for yourself,
a lifetime of experiences and deepest insights.
In this life, anything that teaches you a lesson
IS ALWAYS WORTH LEARNING!
