New SIN EATER drawing, all done! This is a quote directly from the book. 🖤

I want to do some comic pages of a couple of scenes, and I absolutely love black and white comic book pages, so I wanted to try out the style. Normally I don’t say this about my own stuff, but I’m genuinely happy with how this turned out! Let me know what you guys think and if you’d want to see comic pages!

would love to see more non-sexualized nudity like this in art. this, right here? this is every woman: just at home relaxing with her tits out. she doesn’t have her tits out to please anybody but herself–she’s lounging around, she’s hanging out with her cat, she has her tits out just because. that’s a whole mood. that’s relatable, realistic, and very human. and it’s so superior to the massive amount of art we have of women frolicking around with their backs arched to appeal to the male gaze. lady just doesn’t wanna wear a bra. just wants to lounge around with a book and a cat and her tits just hanging. respect

Naked ladies vibing with books and food seems to be her thing and I’m here for it.

My first review of Sin Eater is up, and it was #19 (out of the top 100) on the contemporary fiction new release list yesterday! It got to #13 last I looked. 😍

BIG announcement coming SOON! Please keep a look out for it!

It’s crazy how life progresses sometimes. I took a creative break this week- no drawing or writing. I’ve spent the week exercising, continuing finding new ways to eat healthier, playing a video game I’ve never tried, and thinking of ideas for improving / decorating our house. It gave me a look into how my life would be without my creative hobbies, and while it was a good week, it felt strange and emptier. It was nice though, since stepping away can give you a better perspective. When I started missing it, started feeling that twitch in my fingers to draw and came up with plot lines in my next book’s outline, it reminded me that I love all of it… that I do it for me. Getting to share it with you is a rewarding bonus to the process. It feels like an expression of its own, like I’m letting you guys into my head since I often don’t go into personal detail online.
