A WRITING WE WILL GO...
The mighty author asleep at the keyboard.
Whoa. It's 5 a.m. I should probably go to bed. I actually made a nice dent in the rewrite on my ebook novel, Snow Falls that my editor requested. I'm reminded of the old saying, "Writing is Rewriting." It's rather true. My editor came back with some good notes that will make the finished book read a lot better. If all goes as planned (HA!) I'll finish it tomorrow because I have a short story to start that's due soon (will say more about that one after the publisher announces it) then back to Honey West/Domino Lady and Ghost Gal. Whew.
There needs to be two of me.

Jennifer Hartshorn from the Higher-Learning District dominated her opponents Mike Faber (Info Tech District), Mike Gordon (Tiki District), Bobby Nash (Award-Winning District), and Ashley Bergner (Blogger District). However, all the tributes participate in the tour of the popular books and movies. A HAUNTING WE WILL GO...
That's enough for tonight, I think. Today was busy. I did some graphics work, some behind the scenes work, recorded a podcast, and managed to sneak in some writing as well. I worked on Ghost Gal tonight since the first chapter was bouncing around my brain. We open in a spooky old castle, which is always fun when writing horror. Here's a small, small sample of tonight's work. Bear in mind that this is still first draft so it's quite possible it will change before all is said and done. Enjoy.
Energy crackled through the halls of the old castle.With each whip-snap discharge, loud, thunderous booms echoed off the stone walls that had been shipped over piece by piece from a Scottish castle the wealthy new owner had recently purchased. It had taken months for shipping magnate, Conrad Bartlett to disassemble the castle, crate and catalog each piece, ship it across the Atlantic, and reassemble it on his families land in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Under normal circumstances, such an undertaking would have been a costly endeavor, but tensions in the Atlantic were high as both Nazi and Allied forces ran their military campaigns in the region almost non-stop. If not for Bartlett’s military contract allowing him to cross the ocean regularly, reconstruction of the castle might never have been completed.
In hindsight, Conrad Bartlett might have wished that to be the case.
More writing to come in the morning.

EARTH STATION WHO EPISODE 55 – THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR
ESW at Timegate 50th eventAfter 50 years, The Doctor finally had his day and what a day it was! After the record-breaking global broadcast, the ESW crew celebrated the 50th anniversary with an event co-hosted with TimeGate Convention, Doctor Who: The Forgotten Doctor and DragonCon British Media Track. Mike Faber, Mike Gordon, Jennifer Hartshorn, and the Phantom Troublemaker had a blast sharing initial reactions to The Day of The Doctor special along with the award-winning author Bobby Nash, Beau Brown, Kirby 
Bartlett-Sloan, and the main man of the night, Alan Siler. It was an added bonus to hang out with many friends and fans throughout the evening. So much fun, it should be an annual holiday!You can listen to Earth Station Who Episode 55 – The Day of the Doctor now at www.esonetwork.com
