Bucket List
http://inspiredeverymoment.files.wordpress.com/2013/04/bucket-list-pic.png
Some of you may have noticed I no longer post as often as I used to. I am undergoing chemo again. I am growing very weak. I now have more “bad” days than “good.” I have lived a year longer than my doc expected.
I am behind on my Halloween book which I am still hoping to have out on time. With every day that goes by, I grow less confidant. I am thinking I may end up shooting for Thanksgiving. Although it is my first, and it is late, I have so many story ideas and already have a series in mind. I’d like to release a book for each holiday and some in between. Some of the stories will be based off some of the antics of my sons when they were small. So will be based off myself and siblings.
Along with these books, I continue to work on my biography about cancer. I hope people will want to read about it. It is mostly about my experience with cancer and now that I am terminal, my feelings, the highs and lows, with knowing I am going to die unless God touches me with His healing hand.
I am happy to say my doc believes in miracles. He prays for me and tells me to pray as well. He has witnessed unexplainable healings before. He knows they do happen, so do I.
Also on my list of goals, are about 3 thrillers I have created a storyline for and hope to make into novels. Lastly on my list, is to finish publishing all of my poetry. I have hundreds more waiting to be. It is a shame poetry is such an unpopular genre. I have not been able to truly enjoy watching myself accumulate significant sales. If I ever do, on any of my books, I hope it happens while I still have a home here on earth.
I suppose one could say, my unfinished book goals are on my bucket list. I am more than ambitious to finish all of these books. I am no longer able to write every day due to illness. I can’t explain why I need to complete these books. Maybe because as long as I am able to continue to write one book after another it means I am here and can still be heard.

Secret Paradise
I have a secret I would like to share
If you will listen, Just pull up a chair:
There is a Secret Paradise
A place so divine. A land like no other
There is no measure of time
I met someone named Christ
He is The Light
He filled my room with warmth
And glorious sunlight
He said it was too soon
For me to go away
But wanted me to know
I would live there someday
Cancer is not welcome
You never hear his name
This place is magnificent
Has no sorrow or pain
Cancer was cast out
Many years ago
Along with his brothers
For causing sorrow
Pain was cast down too
Along with all his friends
No place for them in Paradise
Nor any kind of sin
I will continue to fight
I do not surrender
Though I am happy to know
My Spirit will live forever
This is a Secret Paradise
Which I like to share
For one day I wish
We will all be there

Dust To Dust
Standing strong with the trees
My feet firmly planted
United with nature
With a soul that is haunted
My branches turn
Underground
No longer reaching up
Instead returning
Dust to dust
Finding my place
In a new world
Will there be sunshine
Will there be trees
There is no more sorrow
No pain nor disease
It is the final home
I wonder how it must be
The final resting place
With Christ eternally

So what is All Hallow’s Read?
All Hallow’s Read is a Hallowe’en tradition, suggested by award-winning superstar author, Neil Gaiman. It’s simply that in the week of Hallowe’en, or on the night itself, you give someone a scary book.Scholars have traced its origins as far back as this 2010 blog post.
Is this instead of Trick or Treat? Because I don’t want to get egged, and the kids around here want their candy!
Not at all. Trick or Treat is Trick or Treat. This is All Hallow’s Read, a great excuse to give someone a book.
What kind of scary book?
An appropriate one. If you’re giving a kid a scary book, make it a kid-appropriate scary book. You wouldn’t give the same kind of scary book to one person than you would another, any more than one book is right for everyone. People like different things.
Can it really be that simple?
Not necessarily. It’s All Hallows Read, a tradition Gaiman just made up. You can fancy it up as much as you like. Just make sure you give someone a scary book this Hallowe’en…
Below is a fun “scary” book event we’re hosting, plus a few of our picks for good Halloween book gift giving.

Stephen King returns to the character and territory of one of his most popular novels ever, “The Shining,” in this instantly riveting novel about the now middle-aged Dan Torrance and the very special twelve-year-old girl he must save from a tribe of murderous paranormals. Exploring the frightful milieu in which Frankenstein was written, Roseanne Montillo recounts how Mary Shelley’s Victor Frankenstein mirrored actual scientists of the period. Montillo paints a rich portrait of Shelley and her husband, and their contemporaries. Intellectually curious, they were artists, poets, and philosophers, united in captivation with the occultists and the daring scientists risking their reputations and their immortal souls to advance our understanding of human anatomy and medicine.

Breadcrumbs
http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2011/250/c/d/golden_memories_by_yuiaino-d495iym.jpg
A trail of breadcrumbs left behind
Memories grow stale and unfulfilling
Soon to be washed away in time’s cadence
The music will stop along with the dance
Memories of gold and silver too
Memories sad and sometimes blue
Life marches without falter
Often leading to the altar
Begging forgiveness for this or that
Striving for golden memories of you
Never to be recalled in bad taste
Life’s bread tossed away in the haste
I pray no pain when thinking of me
I wish to draw comfort and sweet melodies
I have regrets buried long ago
Mistakes made but the heart knows
My love reaches through times rings
After I am gone and spread my wings
Wishing to collect
Breadcrumbs of neglect
Devour, destroy and forgotten
Leaving only a trail of pure gold
Hoping you will follow and feed your soul
Think of me from time to time
When it is I, you want near
Hold on to times we endear
For my love for you will always be here

I am attending https://aspookyboohallowe
Black Ligthening.
http://www.theorange.co/fantastic-photos-of-lightning-strikes-over-the-grand-canyon/
White lightning, strong and bright
Majestically powerful
Streaming skylight
If it is angered
Death will strike down
Snake in the night sky
Thunderous and profound
Dangerous and needed
Controlled and respected
As in life
Should never be neglected
Yin has yang
Positive, a negative
White lightning
Follows suit
For white and black
Always in pursuit
Equally powerfully
Life and death
Heaven and hell
The butterfly effect
Black lightning
A silent passerby
Omnipotent
Needed to survive
For death creeps in
An unwelcome event
Trying to stay balanced
Prayers have been sent
Trying to avoid
The strike of the hand
Searing across the sky
Disaster across the land
A jolt awaits me
I am but small
Yet am falling victim
Of the mighty claw
Trying to take cover
Asking for God’s touch
Help me to overcome
Perhaps I ask too much?
Others are denied life
Why should I be different?
It is in God’s hands
Man is God’s opposite
Can only do so much
Limited knowledge
Able to deliver life
Unable to created it
I give myself to Thee
The Great Inspiration
Choosing the right path
The high or the low
Lead me toward God
Take me to my home
God’s hand in the sky
Leading me the way
This home or the next
Only He can say
