WOW! This is terrific! Loved it from page one and very hard to put down.
The main characters are delightful and I cheered them on all the way. And it was so easy to hate the antagonists and so good when they got their just rewards.

Very entertaining and fast paced and a delightfully dark bogieman.
I thought the characters were well-fleshed out. I was disappointed that the military character just disappears for a large chunk of the novel as I thought it was one of the most intere

I have to admit that I watched the Netflix series first which, by the way, is terrific.
The book is excellent and way more intimate.
The characters are memorable and easy to empathize with and there is a familiarity in the writing. that I just loved.

I did not like this book. I did give it 4 stars though because it's well written and anything lower would have been unfair.
I've read lots of Stephen Baxter before but this one didn't turn my crank.
Well researched and I liked how one plot line flowed

I've been meaning to read this for a while and read some great reviews.
It's well written and engaging but for me it fell short in two areas.
One, I figured out who was who far too easily.
Two, I cannot create an image of any character in my minds eye.

Great intro into the world of German New Medicine.
Kind of a misnomer as it's been around for decades.
While the book doesn't go into great detail, it does give you a nice glimpse into the practise and the possibilities.
