What kind of teammate are you?
There is more to being a teammate than just skill alone. Besides skill, a teammate also encourages, remains disciplined and prayerful (see 1 Peter 4:7), looks after the team (see 4:8), "offers hospitality...without grumbling" (4:7), does whatever needs to be done (see 4:10-11) and remains "strong, firm and steadfast" (5:10), and even when challenged or faced with adversity. So, when considering what kind of teammate you are, might you also take a look at the many other necessary attributes needed, not just skill alone. For the more qualities one possesses, besides skill, the more vital and invaluable you are to a team. #TheWholePackage & #ANoDoubter
