Have you ever met a person who, after being despised and rejected, out of love, is still willing to stand up for you and suffer the consequences (see Isaiah 53: 3,5)? Such a person is rare; and when you meet someone as this, consider thanking them for their generosity, goodness, and love (see Psalm 63:3). #selflessservice

Why do you serve?
It takes a very special person to serve, one who is willing, selfless and loving. In service, when we reflect such actions, like He does, we are offering "many expressions of thanks to God" for the gifts that He has bestowed upon us to be able to do so (2 Corinthians 9:12). So, as you consider your motives to serve, might you serve so others might praise Him (see 9:13). #SelflessService
