Why include others in your prayers?
Prayer becomes even more powerful when you not only pray for yourself but for others as well. Nehemiah did just that. Seeing his fellow Israelites returning from seventy years of captivity "in great trouble and disgrace" (Nehemiah 1:3), he "sat down and wept...[and] mourned and fasted and prayed before the God of heaven" (1:4); and eventually called his people to do so as well (see 9:1-37). So, if or as you pray, might you, too, remember others in your prayers. #PowerInNumbers
