What kind of teammate are you?
When competition and comparison arise among a team, trouble soon follows, and hinders or diminishes any chance of reaching its full potential. Trying to create a team of leaders who would "share the burden of the people" (Numbers 11:17) was Moses. Of the seventy, two were found prophesying; and when told, Moses said, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!” (11:29). So, whenever working with others, might you choose to be the teammate that is willing to do their part for the greater good of the team. #LikeMindedLeadership
