What kind of home are you building?

If you intend to build something well, it takes a great deal of planning and preparation, just as Christ did when he built his home. Sadly, He sacrificed his own son (see Acts 20:28), in order to do so. But, in doing so, He built such a structure that encompasses the entire world and includes "persons from every tribe and language and people and nation" (Revelation 5:9). So, as you consider building something, might you remember what, how, where and why He has built and continues to build for us. #BuiltToLast

How well built is your home?

"Every house is built by someone" (Hebrews 3:4); and some are built better than others. What makes them better is the builder, as "the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself" (3:3). So, if you want a home that is structurally sound and safe, and will remain so, might you chose "the builder of everything" (3:4). #BuiltToLast❤️

How well built is your home?

Much goes in to building a home that will last. Acknowledging such a place is Paul, as he recognizes the church through the "members of his household" (Ephesians 2:19-22) and its ability to keep the gates of hell from prevailing against it (see Matthew 16:18). So, if your home needs strengthened, might you seek a dwelling that provides you with the right tools to do so. #BuiltToLast
