How can you be refreshed as well as refreshing to others?
True hospitality is not about what you have or give to others (1 Corinthians 16:17). Being hospitable is a selfless act of the heart that welcomes others; and when you are able to act as such, you, then, have the ability to refresh another's spirit as well as your own (16:18). Now, this is hospitality at it's finest. #BeRefreshed

How well hydrated are you?
Just as water is vital to your survival so is He. Because, when you are not well hydrated, your mental, physical and spiritual well-being becomes depleted and water alone can not fix the issue. It is when you also seek Him that "rivers of living water will flow from within [you]" (John 7:38), thereby allowing you to receive the refreshment that you need to stay well hydrated. So, if thirsty, might you "come to [him] and drink" (7:37). #BeRefreshed
