How well do you pay attention?
He puts may blessings in our paths; and whether we choose to see and take them is up to us. Opting out of a blessing caused exile for those who disobeyed God. In doing so, the Lord reminded the disobedient by telling them that "I am the LORD your God," the one "who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. If only you had paid attention to my commands, your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea" (Isaiah 48:17-18). So, if you are in need of a blessing, might you heed the warning. #BeBlessed

How do you handle loss?
Loss, through sin or death, can leave one stunned and shattered; but it can also bless those who mourn (see Matthew 5:4). The Lord does not promote loss or suffering. What He does do is comfort those who mourn (see 5:4). When in mourning, may you be able to mourn your loss in such a way that you will look to Him for guidance and solace in your tears and time(s) of need. #BeBlessed
