What kind of shepherd are you?
There are many sheep that need tending to; and it takes a good shepherd to keep them from becoming "scattered" (Ezekiel 34:12).
In my profession and career, many want to shepherd but can not, because they are unwilling to "tend to [their] sheep" (34:15) "in a good pasture" so they can "lie down in good grazing land" (34:14); and because of their lack of care, guidance, and protection, most of their flock has scattered and continues to do so an alarming rate.
So, if you are going to shepherd, and be a good one, might you, like the Lord does, "[gather your] lambs in [your] arms and [carry] them close to [your] heart” (40:11). For when you do, you will never have to worry about any of your sheep scattering, because they will be in "a good pasture" (34:14). #ATrueShepherd
