Working in teams can prove challenging, even disastrous, as there are many personalities, with both egos and attitudes, to contend with. But, if you truly want to be able to compete and have a successful team, Paul reminds you are "co-workers" (1 Corinthians 3:9) not competitors. For "neither one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow" (3:7) can.
