The sole survivor of their group, she’ll need to rely on her wits to fend off wild predators, survive natural disasters, and make a swim across open ocean if she is going to survive.
Far from home and hunted by the vicious, inhuman soldiers of the Augrahl Imperium, Johanna must find a way to remember her past. If she can piece together the flickers of memory which surface in her sleep, she may yet learn how to control the unpredictable and destructive power emanating from her hands. But does she dare use it to save herself, or was this strange power responsible for killing her companions and marooning her here in the first place?
The Path of Pride is a stand-alone prequel to The Destroyer's Wrath saga, set five hundred years before the main storyline, and can be read as a self-contained novel.

Book 2 of The Destroyer's Wrath
Hello Readers!
With my new non-fiction book How to take your novel from manuscript to marketplace, off with the beta readers until the end of the month, it seemed like a good time to begin the major rewrite of my next novel.
The first draft of book 2 of The Destroyer's Wrath series is sitting at around 179,000 words. Let's see how that changes after the rewrite... Will it be more? will it be less? who knows? I'm just excited to be getting back to this series!
