Coming to Theaters 02 November

Coming to Theaters 02 November

Wreck-It Ralph (Animation, Comedy, Family - PG)
This movie concept looks too cute. I'm looking forward to it.

The Man With the Iron Fists (Action - R)
This movie will either be really good or amazingly bad. Either way, the hubby and I have already put it on our definite list.

Flight (Drama - R)
I can't watch this movie. Anything with plane crashes and I'm out

Around My Office: Ninja Battles

Some of us remember the unfortunate ninja phase of the G.I. Joe universe. They even make fun of it in the comics and the show from time to time. Well, say hello to a remnant...

(Picture taken with my Kodak camera. Sorry for the glare.)
The only reason I have this is because I love Snake Eyes. He's the only reason I pay any attention to G.I. Joe at all. But then I'm like that with certain things.

Writing Update: 26 October

- FINISHING (19 October): I finished the second short story in the eight book series I have planned for Razor's Edge. 3733 words. I might tweak it a little to tighten up some things (like I've been doing with book one) so that count could go up or down (though not by much). As soon as my sleep schedule (and a few other things) go back to normal, I'll be able to get back into the bounty hunter

Writing Advice: Just Add Zombies

I take no credit for this one and just heard about it myself. An editor at Changeling Press passed it on to the authors and thus I'm passing it on to you (I needed the content anyway :P). It's even Halloween-flavored. Thanks to Rebecca Johnson for sharing this great technique.

A sure fire way to tell passive voice and active voice. It's one of those things with which every author struggles at

Music: Hall of the Mountain King

Okay, I absolutely love classical mixed with modern. This totally epitomizes that. I mean come on! Headbanging with cellos while playing a metal version of Hall of the Mountain King. LOVE IT!
