The Renascent World is the epic tale of Cassidy Jones, whose family was among the few who left shortly before a meteorite strike killed almost everyone on Earth.
They spent the following thirteen years in Petriville, a Victorian-style town that hovered at the center of a sphere and moved through Earth’s orbit.
Cassidy is now sixteen, and Petriville is due to return to Earth when, out of the blue, the hologram of Eric visits her. He had survived the meteorite strike in an Earth-based refuge.
But Petriville’s founder holds no place for these people. She wants them destroyed and the stricken planet repopulated by only her chosen people.
