I was a hard-worker and a go-getter before I knew that those were words for a resume. I always have turned in homework way earlier than needed and done the extra credit. I enjoy a calendar that is filled with color-coded appointments and a to-do list teaming with tasks.

However, I have experienced several eye-opening situations and perspectives this past year. Between the changes COVID brought us and newfound friendships, I was introduced to a more rel...

Manga After anime Review: Dr. Stone

Dr. Stone: Volume 6Picking Up From Season 1

Picking up at the end of volume 6, this anime blends seamlessly with its manga. From discovering the truth behind Senku’s adoptive father, the manga dives right into the next mission for the Kingdom of Science. Also, the manga art is fairly similar to anime art so there will be no awkward transition for the mind between the two forms.

Review

While this show doesn’t make my top list, it does hold significant value. I have always loved p...

Manga After anime Review: Demon Slayer

Volume 7Picking Up From Season 1

Demon Slayer season 1 leaves off on manga volume 7. The series picks up immediately at the train station (with Inosuke trying to race the train obviously). As I read the manga, I saw no indication that I missed something from skipping the first few volumes so it is safe to assume that the anime follows the manga.

Review

I. LOVE. IT. There is no denying it, this series already makes my top favorites because of the flawless combination of humor, dr...

Where To Organize Your Writing

For too long, I have had an ugly mess of Google Docs that would collect my poems. I would have to search in three different files to find my five poems for submissions. That stopped today. If you also have had the same struggles about finding where you placed that one specific poem, well I… Continue reading Where To Organize Your Writing

Where to Organize your Poetry

If you also have had the same struggles about finding where you placed that one specific poem, well I have a possible solution for you. We all have different thought processes and, therefore, different organizational skills, but I hope I can help by teaching you through my mistakes. If my previous methods w...
