Volume 1 Review: One Punch Man

Review
Honestly, I read this series because I wanted to see what the hype was about and I cannot say that I am disappointed. Not only was I taken back by how humorous yet deep the whole content was, but I actually was looking at the panels of fight scenes for once. The art style changes depending on the seriousness of the scene and I find that style interesting when I read a manga.
Will I Keep Reading?
Yes. I already read more of this series in the first day alone because I thought ...

Volume 1 Review: Naruto

Review
Something fun about finally reading a series that you have already heard a lot about is seeing these characters play into the stereotypes you have already heard about them. This was defiantly the case for Naruto and I enjoyed seeing how very true all these meme like personalities came into play. Each character is easily defined within the first volume alone and I can see the potential for this series already. I am dedicated to figuring out how these children will progress throughou...

As a sucker for the reincarnation theory, this chapter had me rereading it over and over again in hopes to absorb all the possible scenarios brought forth within these final few pages.
I have collected my findings here so you can follow along with the comparisons of the characters we love and their reincarnations. I am presenting these in order of appearance, so fol...

First Three Episodes Review: Elfen Lied
Why?I know this is one of those series that shows humans as the true monsters and I am in one of those moods that this is all I want to watch. So here we are watching a show about how stupid people are to fuel my hatred.
What I Think I KnowI am pretty sure that the main girl with pink hair is something nonhuman who tries to pass as human but is pushed beyond her limits that she breaks. I have spotted this one scene where her dog is beaten to death and eventually kills her classmat...

First Three Episodes Review: Death Parade
Why?I have seen this one a lot and I kinda wrote it off as a useless pre-teen/emo stage anime but for some weird reason I am second guessing this theory after all of these years. I guess part of me just wants to prove younger me wrong somehow.
What I Think I KnowI have seen these emo looking people rolling around on roller blades in a bar so I really have no idea what this anime is going to bring to the table. Now that I am saying this though and I know the show is called Death Pa...
