You have to accept that you what you get out onto the page can't be perfect to start.

You need to understand that you have to revise your draft- sometimes just a couple of times, other times it could take nine or ten revisions. Take a deep breath, accept this fact, and work and grow.

And most importantly: WRITE. If you never actually write, you'll never get anything published. (less)
