You can't expect your first draft to be perfect. You have to accept that your first draft will need work. You have to accept that you what you get out onto the page can't be perfect to start.
You need to understand that you have to revise your draft- sometimes just a couple of times, other times it could take nine or ten revisions. Take a deep breath, accept this fact, and work and grow.
And most importantly: WRITE. If you never actually write, you'll never get anything published.
