Labor Day? How did that happen?

This past summer feels like it just started. Although to be fair, I spent most of mine apartment hunting, packing to move and actually moving. (And finishing two books, self-publishing one, and starting to write another. So okay, I guess I didn't slack off that much.)
So now Labor Day's staring us in the face, and I'm still not quite sure how we got here. Costco's already got Halloween and Christmas decorations on sale. Foggy ol' Monterey's getting nippy once the sun goes down. Before I know it, I'll be turning the heater on every day!

If you all need something to keep you warm (or keep you entertained on this last official beach weekend of the season), my Courtland Chronicles - Books One - Three Boxed Set is now on sale for .99 at Amazon, All Romance ebooks and Smashwords for a limited time.
Three hot stories for one incredible price! How can you go wrong?
And now, time to go hunt down my muse - who's apparently still gallivanting around Savannah without me - so we can get some work done on the next MMA fighter story.
If I don't see you again before the holiday weekend, have fun! :)

Dogs and cats, living together!

Or, as Timothy says, "Curl up with a good book this weekend!"
Speaking of... my boxed set of The Courtland Chronicles, Books One - Three is FREE this weekend at All Romance ebooks!

It's been quite a week at my house! LA Witt and I turned in our second Navy SEAL book to our editor at Samhain, and - miracle of miracles - I've finally started making some headway on Bannon's Gym #2. (This one's about Tom and Travis. *rubs hands together*) Still trying to think of a title, but I'm sure something will come to me. (Turns on UFC on Fox for inspiration. :)
In other news... only I could get hooked on Breaking Bad just as it's ending! I've binge-watched the first three and a half seasons in two weeks, so hopefully I'll be caught up in time to watch the series finale live. It's an incredibly compelling show - amazing writing and acting. Bryan Cranston's a revelation, especially since I only knew him previously as the goofy dad on Malcolm in the Middle. I can see why he won the Emmy three years in a row!
That's all the news for now. Time to have some dinner and jump back in with Tom and Travis. Have a great weekend! :)
