Disappointment – where does it come from – disappointment with others – where does it come from – life presents contrast – happiness and uneasiness – sorrow and joy – in the contrast ones have their own perception of life – their own experience – to be disappointed in something – an outcome – a loss – to be disappointed with another – with oneself – comes from the expectation one has placed before the disappointment – for how could it not be any other way – in the world of contrast lives the grace of knowing to let go of disappointment – for perhaps it has the Seed of Grace planted within for growth – understanding – compassion – forgiveness – seek the beauty in the disappointment for there is always a gift presented if one can understand the gift.

The gifts of the Universe – gifts presented to you in the morning rays of light – the gifts presented as you walk upon Mother Earth – each inhale of Divine Presence – the stars to wish upon – the moon to shine a glow so grand – have you pondered the gifts of the Universe – have you pondered Oneness and Creation – have you taken the time to truly see beyond the beauty to the depths of more beauty – today seek within your beauty and seek beyond to understand the miracle that you are – to understand you are the gift to the Universe – have you ever pondered why the stars – the sun – the moon shine upon you – for you?

To see or not to see – to feel or not to feel – to hear or not to hear – what is it all about this journey of life – all souls coming together upon Mother Earth – in the Oneness – and yet – all separate from one another – you are nothing like me and I am nothing like you – and yet – where were we all before here – where will we all go after here and each with one's own perception – to be or not to be – to be compassionate or not – free of condemning or not – free of judgement or not – for we all walk upon Mother Earth in our glory and essence of our Divine self – where are our thoughts each day – to be kind or not – to be caring or not – with grace and love seek Grace and Love within oneself and in others.

In the world of contrast – the ups and the downs – the highs and the lows – what is it all about – tears of joy – tears of sorrow – is that the same tear – for tears are the cleansing of the soul – tears of laughter – tears of heartache – where do tears emerge from – the contrast of life presented each moment – it is for one to choose what to hold on to – what to let go of – the contrast of life is presented each moment for the choice – for a tear is a tear – joy is joy – and sorrow is sorrow – have you cried tears of joy and sorrow at the same time – for it is true a moment can change the contrast – all very fascinating if one ponders – tears are meant to be – tears are meant to be felt – tears are nourishment – just as the rain is the Mother Earth – embrace your Divine tears and know of your God Within.

To be in the moment – to live in the moment – to let go of days gone by – to let go of concern and worry about the future – for yesterday has fallen behind and tomorrow yet to be – the present moment is the gift – the gift to see the moment through the eyes of Divine – to live in the moment to feel one's Inner Essence of Love – the present moment is the gift to cherish – for only moments before have passed – and moments ahead will unfold in each moment in time – a moment to inhale a deep breath of Divine Mother Earth – a moment for gratitude – a moment of appreciation – a moment of love – love for oneself – love for all – for in this moment holds your magnificence and wisdom – this moment is yours to bask in.

In the world of contrast – the world of comparison – one can find themselves feeling less than one's brilliant self – feeling unworthy – feeling beaten by life itself – in the world of disappointment and condemnation – one may feel not deserving of feeling better – for what is better – and the irony is one needs the contrast to see – to feel joy one must know sorrow – to feel peace one must know anger – the contrast is provided for ones to choose how one wishes to feel – bring forth compassion when you do not feel it for yourself – bring forth love when you do not express it towards yourself – bring forth your wisdom to know to search – search for your magnificence when you feel less than magnificent – your Divine Inner Essence is always there to embrace.

The gift of a new day – endless possibilities to share the best of who you are – to share compassion and love – to share joy and comfort – for even during the darkest days compassion can be felt – kindness can be shared – for in the days of sorrow lives within love to bring forth – the days of challenges and setbacks – frustration and anger – is held the beauty of your soul to bring forth your authentic self – for underneath life experience is who you truly are – the you that is One in the Oneness of all Divine – this day bring forth your greatest understanding of compassion and allow the day to show you miracles – for you are One with All.

Love at first sight – is it possible – forgiveness beyond measure – is it possible – compassion to stop war within and among – is it possible – for there are endless possibilities in your travel of life – free will given to each soul – free will to choose – free will to create – free will to love or not – free will to condemn or not – a choice is yours each moment in time – to choose to choose – is the blessing of free will – what are your choices – what do you choose for yourself and for others – love at first sight is it possible – and as miracles are real – your love is real – love at first sight is the miracle – love is a choice – what miracle do you wish to create with love – fall in love with oneself and watch the miracles of life unfold among all Divine Miracles.

Heaven on Earth – is it possible – what would create heaven on earth – would it be the purest sense of love – the gentleness and great compassion – would it be a world without judgement and condemnation – heaven on earth is it possible – a place free of war – and anger – Divine Light shines among Eternal Light of each soul – is it possible to see that the light from the heavens – the moon – the stars – the sun shine forth – shine upon your Eternal Light – what would happen if only peace was experienced – if only love was felt – would it be possible to have the gift of heaven upon the gift of Mother Earth – shine your light towards the heavens and embrace the light that shines forth for you.
