It is difficult to find inspiration when one feels frustrated – perhaps angry – disappointed in one's travel – disappointed with another – angry with another – frustrated beyond measure – inspirational words are shared to allow space to feel perhaps better than one feels – for only a moment count blessings – for if only a moment – relief is felt – it is a moment that starts the journey along a new pathway – find a moment to understand you are more than human experience.

The winter is a time of reflection – to slow down – to hibernate – and in this stillness of a snow-covered ground feel from within your Light of Grace – for the long winter months can bring forth heaviness – a weight placed on one’s shoulders like a blanket of snow waiting for the sun to emerge bringing forth the melting into spring – seasons rotate – calendars turn – days pass – years gone by – the rotation of time and in this time of all things waiting for growth – think of the roots in the ground waiting patiently knowing seasons change – rest your soul – calm your mind – be at peace knowing the rotation of time is yours to honour – the seed in the ground waits patiently – be still and know of your God Within.
