A busy world and so many feel alone – a busy world and so many do not have time for others – a busy world and so many don't have time for oneself – to nurture – to love – to appreciate – one has to be mindful of what one is placing in time – meaning – is one spending time or investing time – a busy world how does one calm thoughts – ease upset – how does one stop the anxious world from spinning – among the busyness find your stillness – even for a moment in time – a gift to yourself – a gift to others – for the race can only be endured for a short time before energy depletes – soothe your soul in a quiet moment – rest your mind for a moment – inhale – exhale into the Oneness of Peace.

Busy lives – busy days – time moving along – calendars turning – years passing by – a lifetime to celebrate – days that feel overwhelming – a sense of time running out – a sense of time always given – isn't that the contrast – for most feel tomorrow will be – most feel a long journey will be – isn't it fascinating that to live fully one must be present – for truly steps upon Mother Earth is unknown in time – unknown in years and calendars turning – this day – this very day – be mindful to nourish your steps in your creations – be mindful to appreciate others – for it is true the concept of time upon Mother Earth is unknown beyond the concept of time that is known – live fully in the present moment – live with love leading the way.
