Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you have a beautiful day. With everyone hunkering down due to COVID-19, we still have our immediate families to be thankful for.

I’m thanking God for my Bob. 2020 marked our 17th wedding anniversary. We had our first date the year before, 18 years ago. And it seems like yesterday.

I love him more today. He will always be my true love.

We’re having turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy

“[When asked about Writing Conferences]

"You meet people that will change your life.”
Susan Wingate, Drowning

“Bravery in a fictional character is one thing--it's easy to imagine and easy to write. Bravery in real life offers many challenges. We want to believe we will be brave if a situation requires us to. But if we over-think it, we will certainly fail. One simply needs to act toward the best possible result rather than to ponder all of the possibilities.”
Susan Wingate, The Deer Effect

“Women are interesting characters. Their very nature breeds mystery.”
