Election Day: The Day of Reckoning

Well, it is here, midterm Election Day 2018, and gotta tell ya, I have not seen this much interest in a midterm election in quite some time. Yes, I know, some of you may say that the 2010 midterm election was important, but it was not so heavily emphasized like this one. I can easily explain why: the liberal progressive media was not about to enable any challenge to Barack Obama in 2010.

Things are different in that this midterm election cycle, the leftist media has done any and everything to...

Disgusting: Left Uses Vet as Punchline

I remember back in 2016 at the Democrat National convention in Philadelphia when US Army Medal of Honor Captain Florent Groberg took the stage. I served in the 4th Infantry Division, and so did CPT Groberg, an Airborne and Ranger qualified infantry officer. Much to my disgust, the gathering of progressive socialists booed and heckled Captain Groberg as he spoke from the podium. It was an appalling display from a political party that does not hide its animus toward our men and women in uniform...

Pro-2A Film Suffers Hollywood Backlash

I always find it very interesting that these progressive socialist entertainment elites love to tell everyone else how to live their lives. Recently we had Taylor Swift offering her opinion on the Senate race in Tennessee, and Oprah Winfrey going door to door in Georgia. These folks act as though they live in our world, they do not.

What is utter hypocrisy is how these entertainment action figures portray tough folks on the screen wielding guns and beating down folks . . . then tell us that w...

Human Rights Foreign Policy After Murder

I have been listening to these pundits talk about why we need the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the aftermath of the Jamal Khashoggi murder . . . . and yes, it was a murder. What is even more appalling is that the killing of Jamal Khashoggi was a sanctioned political hit job. It was deliberate, planned, and obviously ordered by someone high up in the ruling Saudi royal family. Eighteen fellas do not just fly to Turkey to meet with a green card holding, legal resident of America, who was lured in...

Barack Obama Should Shut Up and Go Away

Recently, we have witnessed the “Return of the Mack,” Barack Obama, out on the campaign stage. Amazingly enough, Barry Soetoro has been claiming that the current economic growth and vibrancy we are experiencing is because of him. I recall Obama mocking then-candidate Trump, rhetorically asking how he would bring back production and manufacturing jobs. Well, Trump did. Now Obama is claiming that this mass movement towards our border is just a bunch of starving people and mothers with babies. I...

Blexit: Escaping the Progressive Socialist Plantation

It’s been a long time coming but perhaps we are about to witness something that the Democrat party has experienced previously. It is the modern-day escape from their plantations. See, once upon a time, the Democrat party in America stood for physical enslavement, and abolitionists and free blacks enabled those seeking freedom to flee, using the Underground Railroad. For those who fail to know their history, remember that the Republican Party was established as a one-issue organization: to abo...

Something Happened on October 31st

Howdy y’all!

I know some of you are all focused on giving out candy, and have spent plenty of money going to see the movie “Halloween” in its 7th or 8th iteration. I am not at all happy about Halloween, but today is a day that offers a very different bit of excitement. Today is Happy Reformation Day. Now, that may not seem like a lotta fun, and some of you may be scratching your heads. But, in actuality, the freedom and liberties that we enjoy enabling us to give out candy on this day are lin...

The Convenient god of the Entertainment Elites

Okay, I admit, I don’t watch any of today’s sitcoms, they just hold no appeal for me. Once upon a time I never missed an episode of “Married with Children.” Today, if I want laughs, well, I just tune into MSNBC. However, our oldest daughter, Aubrey, is a highly intellectual nerd at heart, and one of her favorite shows is “The Big Bang Theory;” I’ve never watched it myself. However, I found this recent revelation about the show’s producer to be rather comical.

As reported by Fox News:

“CBS si...

The Constitution and the Anchor Babies Debate

President Trump stated that he wants to end the “anchor babies” policy that has enabled those here illegally, non-US citizens, to have children here that are granted American citizenship. President Trump is referring to the 14th Amendment. Funny, not too many Democrats voted for that legislation when a Republican Congress proposed it, just like the 13th Amendment to end slavery.

Let’s remember the original intent of the 14th Amendment, ratified July 9, 1868, was to ensure equal rights and pro...
