The bundle of
Unfinished letters
Finally found its way
Out of my drawer
Where it was locked for ages.
They were tired of
The smell of forgotten cases,
Of the darkness
That engulfed them,
Of the loneliness
That strangled them.
But they couldn’t find their way
To the forbidden lane,
Just as I never found the key
To your locked heart.
But they saw the fire
That still burns within me,
And in their quest to escape
They embraced their fate:
Staring at the fire they jumped
And died with my dying heart.

Reflected on your face?

That jubilant guy

In my blind love for you
I didn’t see the word
“Betrayer”
Written all over your
Innocent face.
But darling,
Did you really betray me?
Or did you just walk away
Knowing that I love you,
But choosing not to return
The feelings of a foolish heart?
But my dear,
Didn’t you toss my heart away
To be with someone
Who can never love you
The way I forever did?
Then, oh darling,
Whom did you truly betray?
Was it really me?

My heart has been stabbed
At the same place
Where it hurts the most…
Again and again,
For multiple times.
It bleed,
It cried,
It screamed,
And bleed some more…

Trust broken,
Hopes lost,
Dreams shattered,
Heart crushed;
I crumpled
Like a piece of paper.
I crumbled
Like a speck of dust.
I dropped
Like a wingless bird.

Helplessness preyed on me,
Fear sucked the life out of me,
