Brian Pyne is Senior Director & Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software, the parent company of 2K and Rockstar Games. Prior to joining the Take-Two, Brian was Director of Legal Affairs and Enforcement for the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and legal counsel to the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC). Brian has also taught a course on intellectual property law and the video game industry and spoken on those and related topics at a variety of events. Brian is admitted to practice law in New York and Texas.
