What To Do When You Are Feeling Blocked
Hey Amazing Soul!
Just checking in with you, how is your energy level these past few days? Are you feeling super high-vibe and in flow? Or, are you feeling kind of “blah”?
These past 2 days I have been feeling so drained. Whenever I am feeling energetically blocked from the super high-vibe of being in flow with the Universe I like to refer to my “High Vibin’ List“.
What is a “High Vibin’ List” you ask?
It’s a list containing a column of “Hell Yeahs” and a column of “Hell Nos”. Take a piece of paper and draw a vertical line down the middle. On the left side write something like, “Hell Yeahs” and on the other side write something similar to “Hell Nos”.
Then, in each column, write out things that feel like a “hell yeah” or a “hell no” to you. So, if you LOVE drinking tea while sitting outside and listening to birds chirp, you gotta put that in your “Hell Yeahs” column. If there is something that has your energy feeling “blocked” in any way, put it in the opposite column.
List at least 6 to 7 different things so you can refer to your list whenever you are feeling energetically blocked. Obviously, you know what I’m going to say next…go do them!
Because we are human, and sometimes we just want to take a nap or dive into “Will & Grace” marathons. And it’s perfectly a HELL YEAH to do so.

Do You Know This?
95% Of The Time It Plays Out So Much BETTER!
When you have a limiting thought or a fear creep up to the surface, what do you immediately think next?
I used to think, “I don’t want this to happen! I need to figure out how to make it NOT happen.” And then I spent the majority of my time trying to find ways to KEEP from my fears happening.
But then my fears played out. And I thought, “I knew this was going to happen!”
What I didn’t know at the time as that the Universe is a boomerang effect. Output = input. What you put out with your thoughts the majority of the time the Universe sends back to you in the physical form. This is because it thinks this IS what you WANT.
So How Do You Change These Habitual Thought Patterns?
You decide. And you choose. You commit to how you want to FEEL and to what you want to EXPERIENCE. You change your focus.
When you go to the ice cream shop and you take a sample of vanilla ice cream and you don’t like it. What do you do next? You don’t ask the ice cream employee to give you a cone of it. HELL NO.
You switch your focus and you sample another flavor because this is what you WANT to experience. You want to FEEL good while eating the flavor you desire.
So, you sample some chocolate ice cream and you love it. Then what do you do with your focus?
You ask for a cone of chocolate ice cream. You ask for more of the same because you are responding by how you WANT to FEEL with your desired experience.
Now, you are presented with something even further:
“Do you want sprinkles or some salted caramel to go on top?”
WHATTT???
You reply, “YEAHHH! Lay it on me!” Now you are super excited because it’s such a nice surprise. You get to the counter and the employee tells you they have a 20% off coupon they can use for you. You think:
YES!!! This worked out so much better! I’m coming back to this place!
95% of the time your experiences, if you so CHOOSE to ALLOW them to be so, work out much better than you thought they would, depending on how you CHOOSE to focus in your approach to the outcome.
Psychology & The Neglect of Probability
The neglect of probability, or “probability neglect” coined by Harvard Law Professor, Cass Sunstein, is a sort of bias we create with our mindset beliefs because we have a habit of shrugging off probability when making decisions about the uncertainty of outcomes.
In other words, small chances are usually either completely disregarded or extremely overrated/over-hyped. The continuum between the extremes of an outcome is typically ignored.
How often are you audited by the IRS? My guess is not often. But, how often do you see commercials on TV or advertisements about using a tax professional to perform your taxes so that they are “accurate” and you will no longer need to worry over it? Well, it’s quite often around tax season!
The probability that you will be likely audited by the IRS is low, so you CHOOSE to shrug off your worry about it (you neglect it). Or, you escalate your worry about it because you CHOOSE to focus on what the commercial is communicating to you via your emotions (it’s over-hyped in your mind).
Depending on how often you choose to worry over being audited is what you vibrate into the Universe. If you worry about it the majority of the time, then you are attracting it to your physical sphere because of the energy you put out into the Universe. Output = input. The Universe responds to you because it thinks you want MORE of the SAME.

95% Of The Time It Plays Out So Much BETTER!
Your focus via your thoughts create your feelings. And your feelings are what sway you about by the probability of an uncertain outcome. Either you are swayed to shrug off the uncertainty of an outcome, or you are swayed to escalate the uncertainty through stressful emotions.
What you focus on the majority of the time is what plays out. And 95% of the time it plays out so much BETTER than you could even imagine. But, IF and only IF you make the decision to allow for it to play out in a favorable way.
Go back to the ice cream scenario for a moment: you went to get ice cream and you were excited for the outcome of purchasing ice cream to enjoy. And you even received some favorable surprises of toppings to choose from AND a 20% off coupon to reduce the price of your tasty treat.
But…you could have focused on the fact that you sampled vanilla ice cream and didn’t like it. And in that moment you could have chosen to immediately leave the store because of it.
Either way, you always get a CHOICE. The probability of any outcome is swayed by your focus. And, if you so choose, things usually work out much BETTER than you think they will because your soul knows exactly what you want for your highest happiness.

Challenges: How Do You View Them?
The above says it all in how I view challenges, but I am curious as to how you view them.
Are they stairs leading up to your goals?
Are they little “obstacles” you get “points” for each time you bop them like a virtual Mario likes to do?
Maybe they are opportunities?
Or, are they limits?
Are they the little air pillows inside of cardboard shipping boxes that you just LOVE to pop because it’s so much fun?
Are they cocktails before noon on a Sunday morning?
However you view your challenges is what will either make them easy to overcome or hard to break through.
The choice is ALWAYS yours to perceive, either way. And what you perceive to exist is what creates and persists.
The Universe reflects more of the same back TO you.
So, how do you view your challenges? And most importantly, how do you decide and choose to overcome them? Hint: you can even change the word, “overcome”, and state something like, “defeat” or “bury”, instead.

Trying to Change Another Soul

Trying to change someone is a waste of time. The very thought of changing someone is saying that they are not good enough as they are, and it is soaked with judgment and disapproval. That is not a thought of appreciation or love, and those thoughts will only bring separation between you and that person.
You must look for the good in people to have more of it appear. As you look only for the good things in a person, you will be amazed at what your new focus reveals.
The same goes for ANYTHING else you are attracting into your physical realm!

Soo…What Gives?
Hey Sensational Soul!
It’s time for some more Mastering Manifasting training!
I know some of you are wondering…why isn’t this happening for me? Why haven’t my manifestations come YET!? Ugh…I just don’t understand it! But, what most of us don’t want to admit is that we like to control the outcome. We love to control the situation and control what is going on in our lives as best as we CAN.
Look, I’ll raise my hand to this as well. I’m one of them sometimes, okay, maybe 75% of the time. My point is that even me, someone who can easily Manifast so much into my life (and quickly), still has her moments of STRUGGLE because she has urges to control sometimes, too.
But this doesn’t mean YOU can’t Manifast…hell no! Even though we all have our micromanaging moments, we ALL can still Manifast our desires and our dreams. YES!
Soo…What Gives?
You know what I’m about to say:
SURRENDER. That’s right, I’m here to remind you that surrendering is a choice, it’s a decision, and it takes practice to give up the desire to control the outcome (just like it took practice to desire to control in your life).
When you perform your Mastering Manifasting journaling either today or tomorrow, ask yourself the following:
1) Why do I have SO MUCH RESISTANCE to the possibility of any and every blessing to come into my physical realm?
2) What if I were to just “let go” and ALLOW instead? What would this mean for me?
3) What if I were to just RELAX and go WITH the FLOW in the present moment? What would this mean to me?
4) And…is it SO BAD to just relax and go with the flow? State 20 reasons why it is either a bad thing or a good thing. Seriously.
5) What have I realized from answering #4? Explain your realizations at least 5 times.
6) And…what am I committing to thinking NOW, going forward?
7) What am I committing to feeling NOW, going forward?
8) What am I committing to DOING now, going forward?
9) Go do the first thing you wrote down in #8! The deadline to start on it is NOW! Just start, put some calendar reminders into your phone or email, and STICK TO THE JOURNEY, planting seeds and watering them. Just keep going.
You’ve got this, I totally believe in you! Let me know what you come up with in a reply, I really want to know!

How Are You with Honest Communication?
You feel something is “off”, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. Your intuition is beeping “alert” at you, but you can’t quite understand why. You KNOW something is wrong, but you don’t know WHAT is wrong.
Have you ever felt this way?
Do you confront the person you feel something is not quite right with? Or, do you keep quiet, observe how they shake pepper onto their salad, and try to connect the dots on your own? How are you with honest communication?
For the past month I have felt like something was “off” in my relationship. I couldn’t quite understand why it was different, but I knew it was definitely a little different.
I tried to put my intuitive feelers out and observe my way through it. I tried to ask questions, I even tried to tell myself, “I’m just overreacting.”
Yesterday I finally reached out to my closest friends because a couple of days ago I confronted my sweet chemist about it in a more aggressive way. Like:
I’ve-tried-to-ask-you-questions, but-now-I’m-just-going-to-demand-answers kind of way.
I thought about what he said, I thought about what they said, and I was still stumped this morning when I woke up.
I finally just decided to “let it go” despite the fact that I KNEW something was wrong. As soon as I “let it go”, it hit me like a ton of bricks.
It Was A Eureka Moment: Hand Me a V8
As soon as I ” let it go” and told myself out loud today, “It is what it is, and this is just the way it is.” Within 5 minutes, BAM! I had my V8 moment, the light bulb went on, eureka!
I realized WHY was so upset and offended. And then I did the brave thing:
I reached for my phone and told him I realized what was wrong and why I have been feeling so offended these past few days.
And then he told me his side of his thoughts, and this is how we were able to resolve the misunderstanding and hurt feelings.
How We Got From There to Here
Even though I’m always one who likes to ask a million questions and try to figure out what is going on when I sense some “off” energy from others, I was not able to figure this one out on my own.
But, as soon as I quit struggling in my attempts to get answers and know the outcome, the resolution came so quickly and easily.
The Universe likes speed, it doesn’t want you to struggle, unless you want to struggle. It doesn’t want you to feel bad, unless you want to feel bad.
The Universe wants you to flourish and be a total badass at life. But, only if YOU want to flourish, be a total badass at life, be the CEO of your business, become a parent, grab your dream job, meet your soulmate/twin flame, Manifast a lot of money, be at peace with your mindset, and whatever else you desire in your life!
So, whatever you are attracting, it is a mirror effect, even if you don’t realize it right away. And the best way to realize it is to let it go, release the NEED to know the answers, the outcome. And just flow…the Universe will give you your resolution so quickly!

Do You Need to Slow Down?
Hey Sensational Soul!
Do you need to slow down? Maybe you are “go-go-going” too much each day and week. Or, maybe you are not allowing yourself to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night (the necessary ingredient to having more energy). Maybe you are “grabbing something” to eat 2 to 3 times per day instead of sitting for about 20 minutes and enjoying your meal you prepared.
Listen, I get it. Boy, do I get it. And when I get INTO the above habits, I start noticing I gain more weight because I’m trying to substitute so much in order to buy another 5 or 10 minutes in my day.
Is my “extra 5 or 10 minutes” really worth my extra 5 to 10 POUNDS I gain?
Sure, I substitute coffee for sleep (including that yummy, sugary creamer and when I crash, I’m tired).
Yes, I substitute grabbing something quick to eat for preparing meals so that I give myself an “extra 10 minutes” to get something else done in my day (and that “something quick” is a few slices of cheese…x 7 days per week…PLUS the creamer from the coffee throughout the day…just call me the “Dairy Queen”).
When You Are Exhausted, But Don’t Realize It
I just got back from vacation and you know what I did throughout my vacation with my sweet chemist? Both of us (my sweet chemist and I) literally slept almost the ENTIRE 6 days we were “disconnected” from our daily habits.
He’s always traveling, works in a lab, gives seminars/presentations, has meetings for what feels like 24/7 for him. I’m always staring at Excel spreadsheets, posting all over the Internet (multiple times per day), taking care of the animals, giving interviews for my books/work, meeting with the physicists to help them with their needs, working with my 1:1 clients, preparing content for my VIP group, the list goes on.
Before I even realized it I was up 10 pounds…despite the fact that I’m constantly moving around.
So, I just want to take a moment and let you know those 6 days of HOURS and HOURS of sleep I got were like burn-out recovery. My latest vacation was me recovering from the type of lifestyle I was starting to adopt.
And for what?
What was I doing all of this for?
And why?
Is life really a race?
Is “success” really a competition?
And who am I competing with?
((GASP))…at me being a human being (but, it happens)…was I “doing” all the things because I wasn’t trusting the Universe to deliver my latest manifestation I am currently calling into my physical realm?
Am I ACTUALLY THAT distrusting towards the Universe to deliver my blessings?
Why are we constantly “struggling” by pushing ourselves SO MUCH each day?
Why aren’t we relaxing and allowing more?
And why are we, as humans, so addicted to the “go-go-going” and the struggle of “not enough time in the day to…”?
And…
What would happen if I just RELAX and ALLOW myself to operate in the motion of “flow and ease” each day rather than allowing myself to feel the stress and struggle of “not being enough”?
These make for AMAZING Mastering Manifasting journaling exploration. So, while I do mine, I challenge you to ask yourself the same questions around some of your daily habits during your Mastering Manifasting journaling exploration.
PS- I really want to know what you come up with, so reply and let me know! I bet you don’t even realize some of what you are “substituting for” just like I didn’t realize I was doing this past month. I realize it now, because I took 6 days to SLEEP. But, I didn’t realize just how much I was substituting for…until now because I was so wrapped up in the “go-go-going” of it all.
And you know what I found out?
While doing my own Mastering Manifasting journaling I realize I was behaving this way, adopting these self-limiting habits, because well, yeah! I WASN’T 1000% FULLY trusting the Universe’s process. Ha! Yep, I’m human, just like everyone else.
So what can I do going forward?
Remind myself that it’s perfectly OKAY to not have to hustle, struggle, stress-the-*@%^-out, and try to be some kind of super human…that doesn’t exist anyway. And did I manifest ANY of my past blessings adopting this kind of crazy, self-sabotaging behavior and habits? HELL NO.
So, even us Master Manifasters (this includes you) has our moments. After this long rant of a blog-post, I’m here to remind you to:
Take a break
Meditate
Do yoga
Go on a walk
Take a nap
Color
Do your Mastering Manifasting journaling daily
Play with your pets
Hang out with your kids playing games and reading books
Read a book
Drink some herbal tea
Drink some water (throw some fruit into it, too)
CHILL OUT and RELAX sometimes
It doesn’t mean you aren’t receiving your manifestations- you still ARE receiving them– they ARE on their way to you now. Let’s give ourselves permission to relax because we ARE allowed to do so. We cannot go from one distraction to another 100% of the time while at the same time attempting to get ahead more quickly on our journey.
Everything happens exactly how it should happen and when it should happen. So, let’s chill out, take care of ourselves mentally and physically, and keep going.

Do You Have a Moment?
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to love and accept YOU, just as you are?
You matter. Keep going, keep believing, keep taking your daily steps (both mentally and physically) to tweak, polish, set your desired intentions, and plant your seeds, water them, and NOURISH yourself.
You’ve got this!!! I totally believe in you, Sensational Soul! Never ever dim your light because you are AMAZING just the way you ARE! Big hugs to you all!

Roller Coaster Ride, Admit One, Please
How do we get from point A to point B (to point C, D, E, and F) while on our journey?
We practice at being our version 2.0 selves, breathe through the panicky pains, & lean onto our faith with the Universe. And we buckle up, close our eyes, and BREATHE some more.
I always think of a roller coaster ride whenever something uncomfy happens in life…like, HOLY SHIFT…I’m SO TERRIFIED. And then that moment right before the drop, you have total, massive anxiety, and then you just surrender to the outcome (you just let go). It’s that release of I’m just gonna go with it because I have no other choice right at this very moment.
Grab onto the handle bars, brace yourself, and enjoy the ride of being a soul FULL of energy and beautiful gifts you are allowed to share to the world. You have a purpose and a reason for being. You have a voice, you have empowerment, and you have a ticket to ride on a roller coaster we call “life”.
Is This What It Feels Like To Be High?
And each time you DO surrender to the outcome, MAGIC, and I mean full-blown, how-AMAZING-is-this, phenomenal MAGIC happens (and quickly). So much so that you have to blink a few times and wonder if you are high on something…yeah, this is what “unbelievable” sometimes feels like.
Learn to laugh at yourself, learn to let go, learn to Master Manifasting (Manifesting Faster) by releasing your fear and getting out of your own way- so that way your dreams and desires DO show up, PRONTO. And they do. The Universe likes speed, it doesn’t have “time” to waste. It has some crazy cosmic chaos to shape and mold into whatever you are calling into your physical realm.
Better get your camera on your phone ready because this ride is wild and crazy at times. But, in the future you will look back on it with hindsight 20/20 and laugh at yourself stating, “Oh well.”
Learn to get comfy with the uncomfy of growing pains, and constantly ask yourself, “How am I giving back to the Universe? How am I helping others?”
Your Soul Knows Which Roller Coaster Ride to Take
Follow your soul’s calling, follow your soul’s compass, and keep going. Keep going and shining your light because you ARE making a wonderfully AMAZING impact on others. Give yourself a break, you ARE enough. Well, actually, you are MORE than enough. Love yourself.
And make sure to tuck in your shirt for the GIANT drop on the ride…I don’t want your shirt to fly up into your face because I want you to see the glorious and soul-purposed view of your life.
