Why I Refuse to be Confined to a Box

And Why I REFUSE to Give In
I was super excited, I was asked to be featured in a story that gets syndicated to a huge publication. I felt like, “YES! This is another successful step for me as an author and in my business!” I was crying happy tears, thanking the Universe in gratitude for this wonderful opportunity to share my gifts in helping others.
But…
Family. We all got ’em. And they aren’t always the most positive people, especially if they do not understand how the compound effect works with achieving goals in life. While throughout the 1950’s-1980’s most people had one job/career, most people in the present day have multiple lines of work for their career.
And really, this is totally okay.
I can count around 50 (or even more) people I know both online and offline who have multiple lines of work. This is “the new normal” in our society. And it’s TOTALLY okay. This does not mean your soul’s purpose-work can’t be done because you aren’t bringing in millions of dollars doing ONLY this one job each day. This does not mean you are NOT successful because you aren’t solely clocking in and out a few times per day being in a building outside of your home.
Success
Your soul’s purpose-work IS your soul’s purpose. You do it because you want to do it, it gives you PURPOSE in your life. You wake up every day looking forward to helping others in the world, however that may be through your purpose-work. Living your life with a positive mindset and doing your soul’s purpose-work IS successful because you are doing what makes you happy.
Your multiple lines of work equal SUCCESS in today’s career world, if YOU so choose to look at it this way. Because really what is “success”, anyway? It can mean happiness in your life, and it can mean being a CEO of a multi-million dollar organization. Hell, it could mean having a “side hustle” that gets praise from various OTHER lines of work from time-to-time.
Success is not tied to one stream of work, like it used to be viewed in the 1900’s.
It’s no offense to the 1900’s because we have come a long way to make things more equal in the career realm, and we have many souls throughout history to thank for this.
Multiple lines of work can add up to BIG results through the compound effect. Most multi-millionaires today have multiple lines of work going at the same time.
But, again…what is “success”, anyway?
Success is WHATEVER you choose it to be, period.
Success is whatever you choose it to be, despite how others view it. This is the reason why so many souls do NOT go after their dreams in life. This is the reason why so many souls FEEL STUCK. It’s all because of other viewpoints that other people have about what “success” means. There are always going to be people, including family, who are going to give you the, “butttt….” and fill it with limiting reasons or their own ideas of what something “is” in our world.
Don’t be like those people. Don’t even listen to those people.
Whether or not my featured story ends up on even BIGGER media platforms does not dictate my success. I believe in the compound effect, I believe in it because it fucking works.
And I believe in YOU, period.
So go out there, kick some ass doing your soul’s purpose-work, and never let others try to make you feel like anything less than a successful person living your soul’s successful life. Because you are a rockstar and you deserve nothing but the best.

The #1 Biggest Regret in Life

Hey Amazing Soul,
When you think back on your life, is there a moment that comes to mind you wish you had seized an opportunity? For example, one moment was when I was about 6 or 7 years old and I was at Sea World. I was asked by the staff to sit on top of Shamu. I was too scared to do it at the time.
Whenever I think about beautiful marine life I wish I had said “yes” and taken the chance to know what it felt like to be THAT close to such a gorgeous creature (note: I am in NO WAY approving of Sea World’s operations). It’s not every day you can say you sat on top of a Killer Whale.
Which brings me to my next point…
Warning: This is Not for the Weak
My next point…being in the present and creating…more regret.
So many people’s top regret in their later years of life is not taking chances when presented with opportunities. Why is this? It’s because it’s so much easier to view from hindsight 20/20 than to carpe diem the future.
I’m going to get morbid for a moment, but it’s because I want to put something into perspective for you:
We all know we are going to transition from this planet one day. We all know older people who have lived a longer time on earth. When the top regret of older souls is not taking more chances in their past, then why aren’t you listening to this collective acknowledgement when it comes to your OWN life?
When we hear about young people passing away, we think something along the lines of, “they had so much life they could have lived.” We feel sadness for them and their families because they were “too young” to transition.
Well, you ARE alive right now, so why are you stopping YOURSELF from seizing YOUR opportunities?
When Fear Becomes Too Fearful
Fear. When you read the word, what do you think of next? What kind of feelings come over you? We all have it. Fear of judgments, fear of being rejected, fear of failing, fear of not knowing, fear of being disappointed, fear of change, fear of anything and everything you allow yourself to talk yourself OUT OF doing in YOUR life.
When you become a parent, you want what is best for your child. But, don’t you think it’s odd that you want to encourage your child to seize opportunities and LIVE life to their fullest while at the same time you prefer to hit the “pause” button on your own life?
Whether you want to publish a book, make an album, learn to paint, sell your paintings, become a jeweler, become an actor/actress, go back to college, go to college, travel more, get married, have children, the list goes on. Whatever it is, anything and everything…the Universe is your oyster.
There is ALWAYS a way to expand your knowledge, plan, take soul-inspired actions, and move forward achieving your dreams and desires. There is always what I like to call “a loophole” with regards to the “rules” of life.
It’s Never the “Right” Time
What do you want? I’m serious. What do YOU want? Forget about others for a moment, what is it you really are so passionate about in life? And why haven’t you at least started doing it yet?
If you are allowing fear to dictate how you choose to decide and respond in your life, take a U-turn! There is a PLETHORA of knowledge in our world with just a few clicks of your keyboard and your mouse.
It’s never the perfect time to get started…except that right now is the perfect time to get started.
You might be surprised at how quickly you receive your dreams and desires if you just go for it. Each day, keep going, each day keep defining, keep refining, and polishing your new reality.
And there are plenty of online mentors and experts who can help guide you along your newly ABUNDANT and SOULFUL path manifesting your version 2.0 life. Pick up the phone, click around on your mouse, join Facebook groups, email some mentors, pick up some books, open your Kindle, you are NOT alone on your journey. These mentors are here to HELP guide you because they understand how you are feeling right now. If they could manifest their new reality, so can YOU! I totally believe in you!
Pretend You’re Your Icon at the Starting Location on the Game Board of Life
The person you admire was once in your exact shoes with their mindset beliefs as well. And if they could shift their thoughts and beliefs from scarcity-thinking into successful-thinking, you can do this, too! Success doesn’t happen overnight, but it DOES happen for anyone and everyone who wants it bad enough. Does this kind of sound like you? It does because your soul is ACHING to be unleashed and free to live life the way you are meant to live it. Starting NOW.
And your manifestations CAN and DO happen quicker than you believe them to when it comes to the Law of Attraction! All you gotta do is believe it’s done, SHOW the Universe what you are passionate about by taking soul-inspired actions, and keep going daily. The Universe works behind the scenes 99% of the time before your manifestations emerge into your physical sphere.
For this weekend I challenge you to Google your passions, your dreams, and your desires, and start piecing together what you are committed to doing in order to expand your knowledge and expand your horizons. Then, I want you to start taking soul-inspired ACTION, Beautiful Soul. Yes! I’m talking to YOU!
Show the Universe who is Badass BOSS (hint: YOU). You’ve got this!

What is Money? Project

Whether you are new to my Mastering ManiFASTing Law of Attraction methods, or you have been reading my blogs for quite some time, know this:
I truly believe manifestations and blessings happen in ALL ways, shapes, and forms. If the Universe can be anything and everything all the SAME time, why can’t this include what, how, and when your manifestation blessings emerge into your physical realm?
Back in March I was interviewed for the WIM, What is Money? Project. Listen as I compare money to chocolate, sex, whatever, and how I overcame my mental struggles with money by surrendering to the outcome just a few, short months ago. Since then I have manifested another $7K.

Being an Introvert Can Still Equal Success

Hey Amazing Soul!
Are you an introvert like I am? I remember thinking just because I like to be at home and be alone a lot, then it meant I wasn’t able to be successful when it came to life. Whether I thought about this in my personal life or in business, I truly thought “success” was only meant for the extroverts. I thought success was only meant for those who “put themselves out there” in life.
What I have learned over the past 2 years of setting my intentions each day in everything I ManiFAST is that ANYONE, and I do mean ANYONE, can be “successful”. Think about it for a minute…
Scenario A
If you are an introvert you learn how to adapt to dealing with the public. It’s almost like an “on” switch that you have to flick each day in order to function in society. Just like with learning how to ManiFAST all your desires into your life, you learn how to communicate to the public because you are a bit forced to develop these types of conversing skills in life.
It’s the same concept when learning to ManiFAST. You develop your mindset and soulful communication with the Universe. As you practice flicking the “on” switch each day, you begin to feel more comfortable with this magnetizing state of being.
You probably were not feeling comfortable with talking to strangers at first, but you may feel a bit more confident NOW that you’ve had years of practice. And depending on how you approach change and learning a new skill will influence how quickly you make progress in mastering a skill, such as manifesting your dreams and life’s goals.
Practice makes for progression and progression brings the manifestation.
Scenario B
There are ALL kinds of jobs in this world, different strokes for different folks, so-to-speak. “Success” is not limited to one industry. What may make one person successful doesn’t mean it will make you “successful” as well. This is because each and every one of us is unique with our gifts. We all have a place in our world and we are all needed in order to make the world go ’round.
Take J.K. Rowling, for example. She is successful with HER gifts of writing. This doesn’t mean someone like Leonardo DiCaprio can excel with using the SAME skill. Yes, we can all learn and improve upon skills, this is very true. My point is, success isn’t confined to one industry, one directional pathway. We ALL have gifts to share in the world- including us introverts.
Souls are successful because they follow their passions, their soul’s purpose-work, in life. It’s an innate drive that never goes away because they are passionate about it every single day.
It’s the same with Mastering ManiFASTing. In order to be “successful” with the Law of Attraction, stop making it out to be some kind of complex understanding that only PARTICULAR souls are meant to understand. The Law of Attraction is a lot easier to master than you realize. It’s your belief of it being a one directional, complex pathway that is keeping you from mastering it, Amazing Soul!
Scenario C
Lastly, even if you aren’t a true introvert, success IS still available to you. It doesn’t matter where you came from in your past, success is still AVAILABLE to you. Think of all the people in the world who had a difficult past, but then became successful in their adult lives. You are not excluded from this, even if you ARE an introvert.
Your beliefs, both conscious and subconscious, are your limits. And limits can be both a good thing and a bad thing, depending on how you CHOOSE to view it. If you ALLOW yourself to hold on to your past experiences in your present, you are limiting yourself from expanding as an energetic soul in our Universe.
I have something AMAZING for you to do:
Google your favorite icon. They can be a musician, artist, author, fictional character, alive or dead, doesn’t matter. Google them and do some research on their childhood.
Then, for your Mastering ManiFASTing journaling, I want you to write out/type out what you learned about their childhood with respect to them in their adult life. Explore this through at least one page, but feel free to expand upon your realizations for however many pages you desire.

It’s the SAME realization with learning the Law of Attraction. You are meant to expand, to grow, to learn, and to evolve as a soul in our Universe. You are not meant to live at the same level each day. You are meant to level UP into your version 2.0 self, and your version 2.0 life. Stop limiting yourself, set your limits to be LIMITLESS.
Because success is available to you, it’s always there waiting for you to grab hold of it. It just depends on whether or not you continue to allow your past to dictate your present and/or your future.

I Need Your Help: a Survey for My New Book

A few weeks ago I posted in our Facebook’s Manifest It! community that I’m writing a sort of “Chicken Soul for the Soul” type book, but for ManiFASTing all your desires into your physical realm. I am going to perform a few rounds of surveys for you to look over and give your rating because I deeply value your opinion when it comes to my writing and teaching of how to ManiFAST with the Law of Attraction.

When Thinking About Life, Remember This

Hey Amazing Soul!
Happy Friday! On Wednesday I talked about existing in fear and encouraged you to explore your reasons for why you need approval from others.
Well, how did it go? Even if the opinion of others isn’t holding you back, is there anything at all that is holding you back from taking inspired actions and SHOWING the Universe your desired new reality?
Remember who is the “Badass Boss” of your life, hint: YOU!
Are you whispering all your gifts you contain within you because you have guilt about your past or present?
Are you whispering all your gifts you contain within you because you have anxiety of what could “go wrong”?
Are you whispering all your gifts you contain within you because you don’t know where or how to start?
Whatever it is you are learning to ManiFAST into your physical realm, understanding what is important, but understanding WHY is even more important.
From There You Can Begin to Untangle the “Knots” of Your Limiting Beliefs
I encourage to journal out (or type out) the following by answering at least 5 times:
If I had NO fears whatsoever, I would…
If I knew I could do ANYTHING I want, I would create/do…
What would I need to believe and do in order to receive what I am currently manifesting?
How can I bring my manifestation closer to me? (are they enrolling in classes, hiring a coach/editor/therapist, seeking advice from an expert, etc.)
And it doesn’t have to be so hard, only if you CHOOSE for it to be hard then it will be hard to shift your mindset.
Practice makes for progression and progression brings your manifestation.
Every little step you take, not to sound too much like Sting and The Police, but every step you DO take each day helps you to SHOW the Universe through your physical vibrations, “More of THIS, please.”
And from there you can relax, enjoy the present moments, enjoy all of your blessings you have NOW, and compound your gratitude mixed with forward movement, daily. Steps are steps, doesn’t matter how big they are, the Universe responds to your vibration of energy.
I posted a quote on social media yesterday and it stated:
You are stars, so shine. You are Mother Nature, so bloom.
The Universe, Your Mind, & Your Soul Work Together Simultaneously
The Universe operates in a boomerang effect, output = input. By practicing the art of surrendering to the process, trusting that you are calling it into your physical sphere, and letting go of the need to control the outcome…
BAM! Your manifestations emerge into your physical realm in the way you choose to observe them (or, even much BETTER than you imagined).
This happens because before now you didn’t believe it was possible. However, you practiced training your mental focus, you took inspired actions from your soul nudging along, and you funneled those particles into the shapes of your desires.
Output = input. Compound effect.
Your manifestations ARE happening for you, they’re already in existence. You get to DECIDE whether or not you are done holding on to the past and worrying about the future.
Relax, trust the process, and carpe diem, Beautiful Soul!

It’s Never Too Late to be a “Late Bloomer”

Hey Amazing Soul!
I wasn’t going to share this with you, but then I thought: no, I DO need to share this with everyone because I don’t want people thinking success is all a bed of roses and it can only happen to a few souls.
Because the truth is: it CAN and WILL happen to you, too! If you allow it.
Are you still looking around and comparing yourself to others and their own progress? I know…with social media, the Internet, and even the people within your career, it’s easy to get caught up in the comparison cycle in this crazy adventure we call “life”.
But, I’m going to tell you why it’s never too “late” to be a “late bloomer”!
The only time it’s “too late” in life is when you are no longer reading this message with your own 2 eyeballs. If I gave up on myself and my passions after the first 2 or 3 people unsubscribed to my email listserv, well, I would have never published my first #1 best-selling book. And even now, every day people subscribe and unsubscribe, it’s like a revolving door.
BUT…this doesn’t mean I’m not “good enough” to write books or coach my 1:1 clients.
I didn’t used to feel this way until I explored my inner soul and asked myself the following:
Why do I need other people’s approval in order to give myself permission to share my gifts to the world with helping others?
I encourage you to do THE SAME in the above for yourself, Beautiful Soul.
Once you dig a bit deeper and understand your WHY for your need to have approval from others, you can then begin to peel away this need, let it go, and then REPLACE it with your empowering beliefs that end up manifesting into your NEW reality of success.
And it’s NEVER “too late” to release what is no longer serving your soul for your highest happiness. Whatever you are feeling called to do as your soul’s purpose-work, you gotta do it because you were pulled by your soul, the same soul that is made up of our Universe, to DO THIS.
What more of a sign do you need!?
No matter what you do in life people are going to come and go, people are going to have opinions, and people are going to criticize. Let them be THEM, living with their own mindset and their own beliefs, and you be YOU 100%. Be the lighthouse shining your light all around you.
Never move your boundaries because you want approval from others.
Be the lighthouse, attract TO you.
And, though it stems from fear with others, the more success you receive, the more of a target you become. BUT this shouldn’t stop you, anyway! We all have opinions, we are all allowed to voice them…
And you shouldn’t care what others think of you. The only person who dictates how you live your life is YOU. Just last night I got verbally criticized for my own energy sphere. I shook my head and said to myself, “I guess this means I made it.” (joking about the meaning of success, of course!)
You are not a punching bag, you are a gorgeous flower blooming within Mother Nature.
Let people come and go from your energy sphere, let them all believe what they want to believe about your own beliefs. Why would you want to hang around people who really only care about making you feel like crap, anyway?
If you want to talk about “late blooming”…be sad for the people who REFUSE to level up and go for it in life. They chain themselves and trick themselves into thinking they are happy being chained to the gates they CHOOSE to lock themselves up to each day.
It is NOT your job to try and convince others to accept and approve of you. Your job is to follow your soul’s calling, live by your soul’s purpose, and share your gifts to the world because I guarantee you there are many souls out there who need to know about you and your gifts.
Break your chains, toss them aside, and let’s hear you roar with your gifts that others DO need to know about you! Have a wonderful day, Amazing Soul, and don’t forget…

What Do You Believe?
Hey Amazing Soul!
I have a few questions for you:
What do you believe when it comes to you and your life? Are you giving yourself permission when it comes to living your life the way YOU and your SOUL truly desire? Are you giving yourself permission to BE happy? Or, are you living your life based upon what you SHOULD be doing?
One of the powerful ways to receiving your life’s goals and desires is to give yourself permission. You ARE allowed to give yourself permission to live exactly how you WANT to live your life. You ARE worthy and you ARE allowed to follow your soul’s calling. And most of all, you ARE allowed to live your life in happiness- however and whatever that means to you.
Write out and finish this sentence 20 times and see what comes up for you:
Each time I give myself permission to…I am feeling…

What has come up for you? What are you thinking? How are you feeling? What have you now realized and discovered about yourself and your soul’s purpose in life?
Now, take inspired actions moving TOWARDS your new reality by showing the Universe what you truly desire. It’s completely safe and okay and you ARE allowed to do so. Steps are manifesting steps as long as you move forward, doesn’t matter how big your steps are each day.
Be consistent, set your intentions DAILY, take inspired actions when making decisions, DAILY. Consistency pays off, the Universe IS working FOR you! Trust me! Trust the process, you CAN do this!
PS- In my latest podcast I explain the girl who I used to be 2 years ago versus the woman I am now because I let go of the SHOULDS in life. I let go of the perceptions of what OTHERS think in how I SHOULD live my life.
And you can start living the way you WANT to live your life, too. Every day adds up to BIG results for you so long as you CHOOSE to believe you are allowed to live your life the way you so choose to live it. And so long as you CHOOSE to give yourself permission to do so.
Throw away what others think. This is YOUR life right now. Tomorrow is not promised, we only have today. You can do this, I totally believe in you!

Why Writing Your New Reality as IS Works! – The Facts

Some people tell me, “journaling/writing is such a chore.” Listen, I get it. Some days I don’t feel like writing or typing a single letter; however, through the successfully proven compound effect, 5 minutes in your day adds up to BIG desired results for you. Here me out:
Why Writing Your New Reality as IS Works with Manifesting
Many centuries ago in the 1600’s Galileo Galilei, one of our greatest scientists who paved the way for both science and engineering as it stands today, used the powerful tool of writing to express his observations and theories about our Universe.
Well, society did not like his writings because they were so controversial to religion. Because of Galileo’s powerful thoughts put onto paper, he was sentenced to house arrest until his death. In 1992, over 300 years later, the Vatican apologized to Galileo and admitted that he was right in his writings all along.
I’m not knocking religion, I’m stating how powerful writing IS because of Galileo’s influence within our society. Writing holds so much power to it, so much that when you write something onto paper, you aren’t writing it down and deeming it to be false. When was the last time you wrote something down and you intentionally knew it was false? Unless you’re a fiction writer, but even fiction writers bring characters and stories to life because as we read or watch them, we believe they ARE real!

I recently read an article by NPR about Ruben Malayan, an artist and professor, explaining the power of the written word. He states, “It’s like a rhythm, like you’re playing the piano…if you receive a letter from someone, written to you, the energy of the writer is passed on.”
This is why Law of Attraction WORKS, especially when writing your reality as IS onto paper, because your energy of your own particles bouncing around IS the messenger TO the Universe. You are writing TO the Universe what you are commanding with your beliefs. The Universe operates in a boomerang effect, so of course it is going to return this reflection back TO you.
It’s a scientific, physical law.
Tips to Help You Stay on Your Soul’s Path
So, use the methods of the Law of Attraction and speed up your emerging desires into your physical realm through writing with conviction for about 5-10 minutes (or longer if you wish) each day.
Write a letter to the Universe and state, “Thank you so much for…” because you ALREADY have it. It’s done! Show your gratitude of already living your new reality as IS in the present through your letter.
Here are a few helpful tips to keep you on your soul’s path while you are trusting the manifesting process:
1. Get clear about your desires through your letter to the Universe (DECIDE)
2. State, “Thank you for…” in your letter (showing authentic gratitude)
3. Take inspired actions (to SHOW the Universe you mean business)
4. Trust the process because everyone’s journey is unique (surrender)
5. Acknowledge and be thankful for everything being sent to you because you are growing and learning from each of these blessings (the leveling up process)
6. Detach from your outcome being super specific because either exactly what you want IS emerging; or, something MUCH BETTER comes to you, for you (all of the above)
