REFLECTIONS
Interesting that I wake up at 5.30 of 6 a.m. now and do most of my writing first thing in the morning before I start any projects for the day. I've been thinking this morning about how the guaranteed income will work - it isn't in yet, but it is coming because there will be no choice with a crippled economy, it will seem like a gift. Remember the FEAR of financial loss is intense but don't give up your liberties in the process. Who will travel in the future? Will you be downgraded as a citizen to a different band which could deny you individual freedoms? Perhaps that doesn't matter to you? I realise for many people there will be little choice but to comply as AI take our jobs, we will be programmed to think differently, which is already happening through social media and technology.
TO BREAK THROUGH THE ILLUSION YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE MIRROR!
The political, psychological and spiritual aspects of what is happening now on our planet are all interlinked. There is the CO2 argument and believe me; it is one. We have the group who believe with the scientists and environmentalist that CO2 is destroying our planet and we have the rest who think it the Earth's natural cycle and it would have happened anyway with or without humans.
And while this is happening, we are so in FEAR we are willing to accept our branding. You need branding. You need branding, even social media is pushing that agenda But is branding giving us our identity or is it making us part of the collective? Are we merely another file in the machine, or are we a cog or wheel in something else? Perhaps we need to consider whether surrounding to a system is going to benefit us long term we have to be compliant to a system that is built on the bones of fascism. Have the Government suddenly woken up to our needs and become compassionate? Do they care, when they stripped away benefits from the disabled? All we can do in a world of questions and divides is to search our hearts, but I implore you to walk through that mirror to ask to be shown the way forward - A New Earth awaits us, but it will be the Earth that we create through the higher realms of consciousness and not through the illusion. When the walls are torn down, and we see what has been preventing us from having free energy, free water and land to share. The political and environmental factors cannot be ignored, but neither can the cry of the people who may have saved all their lives for those trips in their retirement. We need change, but it has to be the right change. So today do something good for you - something that will honour your presence as a sovereign being and ask that you can see a new way forward through the smog because the Earth is re-creating itself and the birds are singing.

OVERWHELMED BY FEAR OR GETTING INTO GEAR
Our world is an intentional world. Energy follows thought. We can create whatever we want through intention. So at this time, it is far better to focus on what you can do to create a better world than to focus on the virus. Can you develop a fitness routine, or eat differently by not buying foods full of sugar? Can you turn vegetarian or even vegan? Can you shift into the person you naturally are but you have been separated from due to a long list of obligations?
We must remember that although there are some cases where people have died apparently without any underlying health conditions which are scary stuff but remember the media will focus on those and not the people who have recovered, having very mild symptoms. So please turn off the telly and fill your days with joy! If you want news about the bale outs then catch Boris on youtube.
There has never been a better time to garden, write a book, catch up with your accounts, enjoy taking your dog for a walk, study, read, cook, if you have some flour, if not, try oats! Get into
gear.
You are what you eat.
You are what you create.
Letting go of the old paradigms - some may call this a shift into 5d, others have already said to me it's a bloody nightmare. Is it though, I'm excited about seeing how beautiful our planet has grown in a few months time after mother nature has declared her importance. Planet Earth will be stronger and healthier and you can be too.
If the fear starts to kick in and it did a little with me yesterday, I did tapping with Brad Yates, I have posted the YouTube on my wall - this a wonderful free resource we have - so use it!

Extremes to Dreams
Hello Everyone,
WE are now in the Spring of 2020 and life, and it's meaning have suddenly become highlighted in many respects, but the birds are still singing, I still have a roof and some food and this incredible thing we call communication so perhaps we have the opportunity to reflect on what we want to create?
Many are frightened about health and understandably so because we are faced with this Coronavirus, which has unexpectedly taken hold of our thoughts and is now causing chaos throughout our world. Many are working at home, those that can. Some are paid and some unpaid and we do not know when things will change. Uncertainty is one of the hardest things that we humans have to deal with. We need to know, why and how things will alter for us. Our sense of entitlement rears its head; we are entitled to money, we are entitled to food, we are more entitled than others why? Unfortunately, in situations like this none of these rules apply. We receive directives and soon realise that one person is treated the same as another. All 70-year-olds must self isolate! As a result, we have no choice but to return to our inner wisdom, our spirit, to listen to our own guidance. Community, fresh air and peace have suddenly become relevant and give us time to evaluate who we are and what our life is showing us.
Out of extremes come dreams. In the heart of a storm, there is still. You can be frustrated, procrastinate and go stir crazy or you can create, co-create. You can tend your garden, ask to help a neighbour or read a book you promised to read years ago. You can write a book, knit a jumper or sing. We have forgotten how to be still. In stillness, why has less power because now is all there is. There was the eleventh hour, and NOW there is NOW do something for YOU TODAY.

Blogging Again - moving forward
So much has happened since I last wrote an entry that where to start this entry today is proving a little challenging.
I am moving in the next few weeks or months to Nottingham. I will be leaving Suffolk after living here from the age of 11 when I arrived with my parents in the seventies. Ipswich looked all so different then, maybe a little grotty around the edges with the docks consisting of many very old run-down buildings, not like it is today a vibrant hub around a picturesque marina.
First I lived in Stowupland, then after becoming divorced, I lived in One House, Stowmarket, Old Newton and Haughley before moving to Combs in 2011. I know a lot about mid-Suffolk and it is a very beautiful area but my travelling feet have been walking in my mind for some years now. I need my life to be simplified and I also need to be nearer my family. I am ditching the mortgage and other unwanted obligations to streamline my life and make room for more dancing, more travel and family BBQs. I'm looking forward to the change and I'm looking forward to the Trent - I love rivers and I'm pleased that I will be able to take Barney along the banks of this majestic river for long walks. There are sad parts and there are happy parts but generally, it feels right in the heart which is the place where dreams are made.
As things stand at the moment, I am really busy with readings, therapy and temping plus Airbnb. It feels as if all my chickens have come home to roost in a good way and I'm not sure how to get things done with so much pending!! I'm sure that many of you can relate to this!
Organise, organise, organise is what I'm hearing at the moment and don't forget to put it in my diary - where would we be without them but always leave room for spontaneity because that truly is the spice of life!

I am cosy!
Good morning and it’s frosty today – frosty the snowman has been spreading his magic and the fields behind my house look stunning!
I was up early to take a friend to the railway station and the ice was thick on my car but as I was scrapping away, I thought how blessed I was to have such a warm and cosy house to live in.
I thought I’d continue with my blog on Angel Wisdom and start giving everyone a daily card. I now give free mini readings in the facebook group facebook live feeds and I’m normally in there on Friday evenings
Saturday/Sunday. Please join me there is you can, it’s a great group. Longer one to one sessions are available – and I’d love to see you at my home so if you are anywhere Nr. Suffolk, UK, I’d love to meet you.
There seems to be a lot of uncertainty about at the moment in the UK with all the Brexit news which to be honest, I’ve switched off from unless someone mentions it and … that’s nearly everyone! If it happens, it happens and we have a way of adjusting to things. I feel that we will not be abandoned and many other countries may follow suit iin due course.
I’m looking out of my back window as I write this and I can see clouds of mist coming past my window. It is also a reminder that there is still a fair amount of winter to come as we often get the hardest weather in February. Our minds drift to warmer climes and places we’d like to go on holiday. My head is always on a beach in Kefalonia where I have visited three times because I absolutely love it there and it was where I wrote the meditations for the book Shades of Kefalonia which can be found on amazon or an audio version – links from this site.
I hope you all have a awe inspirig day full of angel blessings. Our angels are with us all the time, believe and you will feel their strength and warmth.

End of January
Hello Friends
I realise that I haven't written a blog post for several months now. I had a lovely Christmas and New Year with family staying over which culminated with a New Year's Eve Salsa dance at Marks Tey, Nr. Colchester Essex which was a tremendous night, loads of fun.
In the last week in November 2018 I was temping in a school for children with severe learning disabilities, in the office so all of December and the beginning of January have been rather manic until now - where I have time at home and time to think about taking my life forward as an author.
This year definitely needs to be more progressive with writing. I've stopped attending Mind Body & Soul events in favour of working from home giving Soul Coaching, Aura Readings and Angel Card sessions. It seems unproductive to travel all over the place, not knowing if the event is going to draw enough people when there are so many ways of interacting with people, particularly online and by using facebook. I am frequently giving short readings in a large book on facebook called Lightworkers Live Feeds and I am finding this fun. I also plan to host more interactive workshops this way - giving information to others on the Law of Attraction, and writing.
I hope you are all having a lovely January? The weather here today is very cold and damp but it didn't dishearten Barney my dog this morning because he wanted to run. I'm still working from my previous vision board at the moment but I'm certainly creating so new affirmations for the year ahead. It will be fantastic when I can see my books in shops such as Waterstones and WH Smith which I feel is coming.
Being creative is very important for me but so is feedback. I'm considering doing starting a follow up to Never to be Told shortly to give a little more of Gareth's story past and moving into his present. For those who have read Never to be Told, they may well be wondering what his next plan is? Never to be Told is primarily a book about empowerment and Angela's journey of self discovery but in addition it is a suspense and gripping in parts. There are some very real elements to this book with situations which we have all experienced in our lives. If you have time to add a review - that would be great. In the meantime I am downloading more books and reviewing. We have time if we make time, if we want to read we will. Reading is an education and its fun! There are so many ways to be creative with writing from poetry to novels, from scribbles to masterpieces! Enjoy your January and while the weather is cold, keep your hearts warm!

I am energetic
Hello Friends
I'm still working on change your life in 21 days and in all honesty I do feel calmer. I confess to missing a few days of playing the you tube because I've been away to Jersey, but I'm back on the case now and I'll just keep on listening to the I am affirmations, in bed until I notice a big change or break in the clouds.
Saying this, it's cold today 5 degrees but the sun is shinning and reminds us that her power isn't forgotten. Trust even on those long winter days, she can bring a warm smile to our faces. In fact in the winter, we are often more appreciative of ths sun showing because it brings through natural optimism plus hope that the cold weather won't last forever.
I've been busy today, I've started jogging with Barney which is run for 100, then walk a bit, then run another 100. He pulls me off track sometimes but he's generally good. Springers love to run but not always in a straight line!
I feel fitter since I came back from my dance weekend in St. Helier and I'd like to keep that way. I cleared bags of garden rubbish from the back garden and noticed it wasn't as much hard work as I'd envisaged because bending has become easier since going to pilates.
Of course for many, now is the SAD time of year, seasonal affective disorder because the reduction in sunlight has an effect on our seratonin and vitamin D levels. Top up now before depression sets in. I've got D3 because I was deficient a couple of years ago which made me feel really down. I believe you can buy seratonin too without a prescription.
But maybe the best thing to do from October onwards, is to go away and get some winter sun, although it isn't possible for everyone. I've had a couple of stay in bed mornings where I shifted by 9 a.m. and I've been finding it hard to focus. Concentrating on less but completing little goals is a great way to move forward until this subsides - I'm sure when my vit D kicks in I will get my old zing back.
How are you all doing? My friend is reading William's Wishes so I'm hoping for another review. It's a great story about adoption as well as being a family saga. There are three women involved in the adoption process who are all very different but linked.
What are you wishing for? We can manifest our greatest wishes if we believe. Doubt creates blocks - we have our own internal compass - make sure you are pointing it in the direction you want to go without distraction. Stay on your path and if things get hazy breathe, that's what the breath is for to keep us aligned to our soul purpose. We don't have to jump through hoops just remember that one foot goes in front of the other and remember who you are.

I am dancing!
Hello Friends
I'm now back from a fabulous weekend dancing at the Jersey Salsa Slam or the Grand Slam, something like that which was held at The Mayfair Hotel, St. Helier, Jersey.
The name of the event reminds me of a door slamming, but lets hope its only the old doors which have shut and new doors are held open for the new to enter. Saying this, what is the new? Well new, can be anything really, a new way of living, or communicating or perhaps even dressing. In general, I think people find it hard to embrace the new because its much easier to live with the old.
My concerns about this weekender in general were, could I cope with people around me all the time? Lessons in the day, then a full packed evening where the dancing started shortly after dinner and went on into the early hours of the morning? The answer to this I soon discovered was yes because if I could find space on my own in the day, I could keep my head clear. Fortunately there was a lovely warm swimming pool, steam room and a very warm jaquzzi which was maintained at 30 degrees, in which to indulge myself during the day. It gave my dancing muscles a chance to relax and my neck to rest back and contemplate how lucky I was! Where are us writers without our contemplation ... sometimes we think we can go, go, go but when it comes to it we soon find that we need to just breathe, let go and connect with our muse, even if this is amusing, to some who don't share our mindset.
I love dressing up and the weekend gave me a chance to shimmer and glitter but that's what life is about isn't it, see my previous blogs!
I loved to walk as well and before I knew it I was walking along a long road tunnel which took me to the local harbour where the tide was out and I was just looking at boats stuck in mud. I wish I'd walked further to see the beautiful beaches but that has to be another trip because I had to conserve the pads on my feet for more twisting, swinging and flinging on the dance floor late into the night.
I noticed some very silent people playing boule on what looked like sand. They were very engrossed and appeared to be taking it very seriously. I thought about the speed at which people go and I wondered once again if we stop to reflect, would we see more, or was the rhythm of the night on some occasions, just too irresistible?

I wish I'd walked further to see the beautiful beaches but that has to be another trip because I had to conserve the pads on my feet for more twisting, swinging and flinging on the dance floor late into the night.
I noticed some very silent people playing boule on what looked like sand. They were very engrossed and appeared to be taking it very seriously. I thought about the speed at which people go and I wondered once again if we stop to reflect, would we see more, or was the rhythm of the night on some occasions, just too irresistible?

I am not surprised?
Good morning Friends
It's Saturday and I'm sitting in my dressing gown writing my blog. Barmey has just come back from an overnight stay, where he slept with his dog sitters and he had such a great time running around their paddock, he looked like he didn't want to come home? When I called him in he put his tail down and ran under the hedge. We decided it was because he thought he was going on another walk but I'm not entirely sure because I'm not a dog! Anyway, he seems happy enough now and he's snoozing next to me under the table. He likes going under there, sprawling out, having a doggie snore!
Last night was an interesting evening. I was working with Sunflower Angels at the Orwell Hotel, Felixstowe which is a great hotel but the car park needs to be a little larger because I had to park beside a wall on a slight angle after arriving a little late which in all honesty wasn't a great piece of parking. For some reason as soon as my airbnb guest wanted the internet, it crashed out and it was so blustery last night I wondered if it was safe to travel over the Orwell bridge. I used to think the bridge was an architectural monstrosity because you can't see much of the river Orwell and its curved concrete appearance used look like a blot on the landscape but over the years I've changed my mind and I now feel it fits rather well. I'm quite nervous about going over bridges and for a single woman in the dark of the night, being buffeted isn't the best feeling in the world.
When I arrived at the Orwell Hotel, which I simply love, due to its warm friendly atmosphere, I was obviously late. Perhaps you could say I was right on time, depending on how you look at it but everyone else was already set up. Thankfully I was near the corner next to David, who is a brilliant massage therapist and we know each other, which was also nice.
I talked to many people who popped over to see what I was doing. I explained about Natural Co-Creators Radio Show to some, which is on Blog Talk Radio and said I'd taken a break while I figured a way of moving forward with this. but I'll probably be doing live video. One lady tried to test me by asking me to guess her name!
I don't like being tested because it isn't what I do, I'm a series soul couch who uses some counselling techniques but I still had a go. I named, her daughter, her best friend and I think her mother but she remained elusive. If I could guess people's names do you think I'd be sitting there, because I'd be putting bets on the Grand National!
The evening improved and thankfully I got a little busier with a couple more serious people. I'm always grateful for every client I have but to be honest being tested is a waste of time, so if you have that in mind, just don't come and see me!
Two friends gave me raffle prizes which was fabulous as I don't remember winning a raffle prize for over 20 years. One was some bath bottles and the other .... something a little naughty but at least it brought a few laughs.
I was quiet later so I sat and so I painted my nails a sparkly silver which was the intention before I left, when the wifi went down. Sometimes when I'm late I wonder if I've been spared something because I know the angels are looking after me. Was this all part of the plan, my plan their plan, does it matter?
Is life a lottery, or do we have control over our destiny. One thing is sure that we never keep still, we are constantly evolving, moving or ascending as long as we are open to it. A reading or a soul coaching is that, an opportunity to catch the energy at that given moment but its a fleeting moment because ground hogs day to be honest is a whole lot easier. Why would we want to observe our behaviiour, be still or stay in the now, when you can drink, gossip and stab people in the back to get where you want, then blame others. Responsibility isn't a guessing game and boy do we like to guess!

#1 Sowing Seeds
Hello Friends
There are many I am (s) today! However, that isn't gramatically correct but as I am dealing with more than one I am, I have to add (s) in brackets!
Today I found that my book Never To Be Told is #1 in Amazon free kindle, I am overjoyed springs to mind, but so does I am abundant because abundance takes many forms. To be downloaded enough times to get in that position is simply awesome and thank you to everyone who participated. I am sure it will stay in Best Sellers when the promotion has ended because after writing frequently since about 2011, and having my books on amazon since 2013, it has been a five year journey and during that time, over 5000 books have been downloaded, most of them free copies. I am happy that so many of you have had the opportunity to read the books but obviously I would be delighted if they could go into shops as well as being self publishing books because this is a hard route. Saying that, rejections can be a hard as well. So to all who write - I'd say this, surrender, your book his its own energy and own timing and when the time is right it will take a leap of faith, probably before you.
It's sunny again in Suffolk and I've already been out with Barney the mad springer spaniel over the fields. I am training him not to run wildly but to enjoy being with me and walk alongside me. A few weeks ago he was running riot over the fields springing in his usual springer way but very uncontrolled. Only he knew where he was going. Thankfully now there is a little bit of order and he seems happy enough.
The fields are now ploughed in very neat rows as if they are ready to be seeded. I was hauled out of the fish and chip shop last night, because a way too large farm vehicle was trying to get past my car and I reflected once again about how the roads around Stowmarket are not equipped for wide vehicles. How do they get around those silly little roundabouts that kind of disappear when the paint comes off.
Another big how is, how anyone would want to build an extra 160 houses when our services can't already cope, is beyond me. I guess we are faced with the dilemma that people actually need homes and there should be sacrifices but to what extent? I remember learning about green belt at school during social studies. I guess it was important enough to be part of the national ciriculum, where they tried to teach young people it was essential to preserve our countryside. What has happened to this idea?
Never To Be Told could apply to some people especially when they have little regard to preserving what is essential for our bird and animal life and ecology as a whole.
And what is the secret undiscovered in the book? Well, Angela attempts to find that out sometimes to her peril and other times to her sheer delight, as she reconnects with her old University friend Jean. Jean gets it right because she believes in her and Angela begins to realise that life can be simple.
