Most people have a few quality production hours in them each day where their mind is at its best. If I am writing a book, I am sure to use these hours wisely. For me, this is in the morning about an hour after I wake up. Once I start running out of "writing juice" I stop. It's better to write quality material than forced material. I believe the readers can tell the difference. (less)
