Trump Complains Victims Have ‘Insatiable’ Demand For Air

Donald Trump complained on Twitter that too much is being asked of him to help coronavirus victims, describing demands as ‘insatiable.’

Trump fussed that governors have been pushing his administration to provide medical supplies. Despite the unprecedented damage being inflicted by the virus, Trump insisted that states should have had stockpiles of equipment to meet the demand.

Trump has refused to use the Defense Authorization Act to get corporations to produce needed equipment. Thousands of Americans have died from the virus while hundreds of thousands have been infected.

Trump’s tweets complaining about ‘insatiable’ demand for medical equipment:

Massive amounts of medical supplies, even hospitals and medical centers, are being delivered directly to states and hospitals by the Federal Government. Some have insatiable appetites & are never satisfied (politics?). Remember, we are a backup for them. The complainers should…

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 2, 2020

….have been stocked up and ready long before this crisis hit. Other states are thrilled with the job we have done. Sending many Ventilators today, with thousands being built. 51 large cargo planes coming in with medical supplies. Prefer sending directly to hospitals.

Patriots Owner Bought Masks From China, Trump Failed

New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft transported coronavirus masks to Massachusetts while the Trump administration continues to fail.

The large shipment of supplies comes as Massachusetts grapples with an outbreak of the novel coronavirus that is causing medical equipment shortages across the globe. Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (R) has repeatedly warned that his state is facing shortages of critical supplies, and the situation prompted him to work with the Patriots owner Robert Kraft to secure a shipment from China. The Wall Street Journal first reported on the development.

Trump Campaign Fakes Biden Audio

Trump’s reelection campaign posted fake audio of Joe Biden in a new Twitter posting.

The campaign posed audio that made it appear as if Biden called the coronavirus a “hoax.” That never happened.

Trump initially claimed that media reports about the virus were a hoax and consistently played down the threat.

Over 4,500 Americans have died since Trump’s original claim and hundreds of thousands have been infected.

President Trump’s reelection campaign tweeted out manipulated audio to make it sound like former Vice President Joe Biden called the coronavirus a “hoax” in an effort to draw attention to what it views as Twitter’s double standard in policing political speech.

Unemployment Claims Hit A Record 6.6 Million

6.6 million people filed for unemployment in the last week, a record for America.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has said he is opposed to a fourth economic stimulus package, while Speaker Nancy Pelosi has pushed for more help for hurting Americans.

The torrent of Americans filing for unemployment insurance skyrocketed last week as more than 6.6 million new claims were filed, the Labor Department reported Thursday. That brings to 10 million the total Americans who filed over the past two weeks.

Right-Wingers Make Death Threats Against Fauci

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been receiving death threats from right-wing fanatics.

Dr. Fauci has been telling the truth about the coronavirus death toll while Donald Trump has attempted to spin the data to benefit himself.

On CBS, Dr. Fauci talked about the death threats: “You know, it’s my job. This is the life I’ve chosen, and I’m doing it. I mean, obviously there’s a lot of pressure. I would be foolish to deny that… It’s a job to do, and we’ve just got to do it.”

Democrats Plan 9/11 Commission-Style Investigation Of Trump Virus Disaster

Democrats are planning to create a 9/11 commission-style investigation to uncover how Trump failed America in responding to the coronavirus.

For weeks Trump downplayed the possible fallout of the virus and continues to withhold vital medical equipment from states unless the governors there praise him.

Official projections say 100,000-200,000 or more Americans could die from coronavirus.

Adam Schiff, a California Democrat, told me in an interview Monday that his staff has already started working on a discussion draft modeled after the 9/11 Commission, and that he would be talking about the possibility with others in Congress. And he said the House Intelligence Committee, which he chairs, has begun reviewing the committee’s intelligence materials on the pandemic.

FL Coronavirus Cases Near 7,000 As Governor Refuses Shutdown

Cases of coronavirus in Florida are now close to 7,000 while Governor Ron DeSantis refuses to shut down activity.

DeSantis is a friend and ally of Trump and the two men consistently praise and support each other.

The state reported 857 people hospitalized and 85 deaths as of Tuesday, with the heaviest concentration of infection in Broward and Miami-Dade counties along the southeast coast and pockets in other areas like Tampa and Orange County, home of Walt Disney World. On Tuesday alone, 14 deaths were reported in the state, according to the Miami Herald.

Google Stopping Democrats From Mentioning Trump And Coronavirus In Ads

Democrats cannot mention coronavirus in ads about Trump on Google, effectively censoring them. Trump’s mishandling of the coronavirus issue is projected to lead to hundreds of thousands of deaths.

Prominent Democratic PACs in recent days have funneled millions of dollars into television ads accusing Trump of mishandling the coronavirus crisis. But staffers of several Democratic nonprofits and digital ad firms realized this week that they would not be able to use Google’s dominant ad tools to spread true information about President Trump’s handling of the outbreak on YouTube and other Google platforms. The company only allows PSA-style ads from government agencies like the Centers for Disease Control and trusted health bodies like the World Health Organization.

85 Refrigerated Trucks Being Sent To NYC By FEMA For Coronavirus Bodies

FEMA is sending 85 refrigerated trucks to New York City to keep the bodies of coronavirus victims. A few weeks ago Trump said coronavirus deaths would be nearly “zero.”

A surge in deaths in the epicenter of the crisis in the U.S. has overwhelmed the city’s permanent morgues and filled storage spaces in many hospitals to capacity. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is sending 85 refrigerated trucks to serve as temporary morgues, the city said.
