One Third Of Young People Have Lost Jobs In Trump Recession
One third of young people have lost their jobs in the growing Trump recession.
An Axios-Harris survey conducted through March 30 showed that 31 percent of respondents ages 18 to 34 had either been laid off or put on temporary leave because of the outbreak, compared with 22 percent of those 35 to 49 and 15 percent of those 50 to 64.
AUDIO: Sailors Blast Trump’s Navy Secretary For Firing Hero Captain
Sailors are slamming Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly after he attacked Captain Brett Crozier.
Modly called Crozier “stupid” for releasing a letter as he attempted to get help for sailors stricken with coronavirus stuck onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt.
In a recording of the call, sailors slam Modly for his attack, using expletives to voice their anger at the firing.
Many have said Crozier was purged because the situation on his ship reflected badly on the Trump administration’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak.
AUDIO of sailor slamming Thomas Modly on Captain Crozier firing:
Go to about 1:55 to hear sailors yell "WHAT THE F-" when Modly calls Crozier stupid.
This audio is even more brutal than the transcript. Who in his team thought this would go over well? https://t.co/9LQAQcam4h

The heckling on this is insane. "He was trying to help us!" around 3 minutes in. "No they weren't" at around 7 minutes in after Modly said Crozier's letter had left some sailors demoralized.

Multimillionaire Ivanka Trump Says She’s Like Everybody Else In Quarantine
Ivanka Trump, worth millions, now claims she is in the same quarantine situation as other Americans.
Ivanka Trump is a senior adviser in her father’s administration while her husband Jared Kushner has been running the mismanaged coronavirus response.
Trump, eldest daughter and senior adviser to President Donald Trump, said she’s going through what ‘every parent’ is dealing with in the midst of the pandemic.
‘I’ve been doing everything I can,’ Trump told Yahoo Finance on Tuesday in a remote video interview. ‘I have been working from home when I can, coming in only when I need to. I’m doing as much telephonically as possible.’
Company Behind Drug Keeps Pushing Paid Off Trump Lawyer
The company behind hydroxychloroquine, which Trump keeps pushing for coronavirus, once paid off at least a million dollars to Trump’s personal fixer.
Medical experts have said there’s little chance the drug can help most coronavirus victims and could be harmful.
President Donald Trump on Sunday once again touted the potential life-saving benefits of treating coronavirus patients with hydroxychloroquine, a powerful anti-malaria drug, despite a dearth of medical professionals or clinical evidence supporting his claims. It just so happens that one of the largest manufacturers of the drug, Novartis, previously paid Trump’s now-incarcerated former personal attorney Michael Cohen more than $1 million for healthcare policy insight following Trump’s election in 2016.
California Helps NY With Ventilators While Trump Fumes
California is sending ventilators to help New York with coronavirus while Donald Trump continues to attack Democratic governors.
California is loaning 500 ventilators to states like New York where the coronavirus is exacting a deeper toll, Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Monday.
“California is stepping up to help our fellow Americans in New York and across the country who are being impacted the hardest right now by the COVID-19 pandemic,” Newsom said in a statement.
Trump Admin Calls Captain Who Tried To Save Sailors ‘Stupid’
Captain Brett Crozier, who tried to save sailors stricken with coronavirus, is being attacked as ‘stupid’ by the Trump administration.
The Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly blasted the now ousted commander of the USS Theodore Roosevelt as “stupid” in an address to the ship’s crew Monday morning, in remarks obtained by CNN.
Modly told the crew that their former commander, Capt. Brett Crozier, was either “too naive or too stupid” to be in command or that he intentionally leaked to the media a memo in which he warned about coronavirus spreading aboard the aircraft carrier and urged action to save his sailors.
Trump Tells Followers: Donate To My Campaign To Fight Coronavirus
Donald Trump is telling his supporters to donate to his reelection campaign to help fight coronavirus. This is a lie and only helps Trump’s reelection efforts as thousands of Americans die from the virus.

Medical Experts: Real, Higher Coronavirus Death Toll Hidden From The Public
The death toll from the coronavirus is much higher than is being publicly reported, medical experts reveal.
More than 9,400 people with the coronavirus have been reported to have died in this country as of this weekend, but hospital officials, doctors, public health experts and medical examiners say that official counts have failed to capture the true number of Americans dying in this pandemic. The undercount is a result of inconsistent protocols, limited resources and a patchwork of decision making from one state or county to the next.
New Poll Shows Trump 6 Points Behind Biden In Florida
A new poll shows Donald Trump losing to Joe Biden by six points in Florida, a crucial presidential election state.
If Joe Biden were to be selected as the Democratic candidate, 46% indicate they would vote for him, with 40% indicating a vote for Donald Trump.
“I would exercise caution when looking at these numbers, first these are registered voters – not likely voters; second, the campaign season has screeched to a grinding halt and people are rightly less focused on politics,” Binder warns. “Although, this same sample of voters when asked who they voted for in 2016, indicated a very slight advantage for Trump, suggesting
that something may be changing in Florida ahead of the election.”
Trump Stops Fauci From Answering Question On Dangerous Medicine
Donald Trump stopped Dr. Anthony Fauci from answering a reporter’s question on what could be a dangerous medicine.
Anthony Fauci was asked his thoughts on the effectiveness of the anti-malaria drug in treating coronavirus patients, and President Donald Trump interrupted before the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases could answer.
“He’s answered that question 15 times,” said Trump, who had spent much of the news conference touting the drug’s potential.
