My family consumes a lot of 100% whole-grain products, but I've heard so much about gluten problems that I'm worried we're harming our health. Should we cut back?

Couch Potatoes, Take a Stand!
In a new study, women who spent at least 6 hours a day sitting around were 37% more likely to die -- even if they got serious amounts of exercise -- than those whose tush time was less than 3 hours. Heavy-duty sitting boosted risk in active men 18%. Inactive men's risk was as high as 94%!
