Time Out to Reflect

Just thought I would take a time-out here.

Life is a like busy at the moment and I find I'm struggling to get things done.

I have days that everything seems to be going great, and I'm on top of all my projects. Then there are the other days that I feel like a gun is being pointed at my head that's about to explode.

That's when I try to take a time out and remember the special gifts in my life.

Not Alone

Standing in the middle of a crowd or at the grocery store walking down the aisle, you hear someone talking.

You turn, only to find that they are not talking to you. They're on a cell phone carrying on a conversation with someone else.

They are in plain sight, but yet they don't see you. They are only interested in their conversation and usually talking about something that the whole world shouldn't being hearing.

Who Inspires You?

In today's world there are many women that we could look up to and try to emulate. But I find that the women that most inspire me are women that I know personally. Their stories have a way of connecting to my life in ways that a stranger's can not.

For instance, I look at my female relatives. All these women are part of my family. Each worked hard to make a difference in the lives of their children.
